Dadda Chalukya rushes to meet Gangsarvagya and thanks him for saving Loma and arriving in Bharuch.

Loma's mother asks Shobha to apply haldi on Loma's body. All of a sudden an eagle drops a dead snake in the vessel. Gangsarvagya informs Dadda that it was a warning of the danger that would come from the west.

Mahmud Ghazni sends emissaries to Ajaypal, the king of Multan, to join forces in invading the Somnath temple. However, Ajaypal sends back the emissaries. After learning about Ajaypal's answer, Mahmud Ghazni orders his aides to find out who is assisting the king of Multan. When Dadda learns about Mahmud Ghazni's malicious plot from Ajaypal, he decides to convene a meeting of the kings of Saurashtra and Rajasthan to discuss the matter.

Shobha, who overhears the conversation, resolves to save Somnath temple.
