A busy street…people in a rush

Running after life's mirage

A lost me in my thoughts

Just as my car stopped

At a signal crossing

A little kid came hopping!

Tattered clothes, ruffled hair

Scrawny legs and feet bare

Not for food, not for alms

Did he ask for he had no qualms

While I was beginning to rile

He left me stunned with his smile!

A day when all went wrong

And the road ahead a little too long

When near ones had no time

And friends were busy in work prime

There came this little stranger

With an aura oh so tender!

Poor me had nothing to give

When I had all comforts to live

And here was an opulent soul

Shriveled body but with essence whole

He gave me the day's first gleam

Where even sun had forgotten to beam!

True friendship is all about calling when u really need them,

True friendship doesnt giveu what u want,

True friendship gives u what u need and is good for you,

True friendship is not about gives gifts at each occasion,

True friendship is abotu make eveery meeting feel like clebration,

True friendship is not about making the other laugh a lot,
