I can understand. I am like that too. I am a huge fan of Prithvi, but only the actor. N I would never want to meet a celeb. I mean I have had opportunities to meet them and come across them here n there during air travels and all that. But I wouldn’t even look at them. I am snooty like that. 🤣 Nahh!! Its just that I don’t like to intrude in their personal time. It feels odd n intrusive to me. I only like to know their on screen characters.
And this is the first time I am invested in a fictional character/fictional show so much. I have not been a loyal viewer of any show apart from Ipkknd n after that SAAKK.

Oh yea, all those segments are really intrusive, but it becomes part of the job. The really popular ones know how to use social media. Mind you, that doesn't translate into TRPs for their shows, but they're smart about increasing their own popularity! A lot of these people between shows are endorsing products on their social media too.

I know. Social media is the name of the same now. I don’t fault them for it. Most actors career is short lived or roles are far apart. They gotta survive too.

Yea this covid obsession is real. It is really distasteful! It's been on every print press about his Covid. And the fact that he hasn't told his parents and he's trying to protect them is sweet.

Yeah. I felt like he isn’t comfortable talking much about it. People should let it be. He seems like a private person n very protective of his parents. I commend that.

Thank God there are more dedicated fans than us! We get to enjoy their creativity in the form of edits and VMs. I love this fandoms creativity. KV even mentioned that these are people in their free time being so dedicated to a fictional show, and not being paid for it!

Yes!! All their obsession and blind love aside. The amount of hard work they put in to show the actors n team they are appreciated is commendable. Those vm’s keep flying.

Okay...it's the penultimate episode for the week.

With that extra precap we know that Tejvi are shuttling Shaurya off to Patiala(side note, Shaurya's pink blazer/white shirt looks great)

Anokhi is coordinating in her pretty pink outfit!! We're getting the meme release today. And college students being stupid!

I like that Anokhi will want to call Shaurya first to let him know. I hope Reema also calls him to let him know!

What else can happen? We have no idea. Other than baarish sequence, we've been flying blind this week!

So let's hope for a great episode with minimum Shagun presence.

I totally respect that language has formality and informality. But like you I was also taught the difference in tu/aap in Malayalam. And even with family, we never address our elders without respect. We use the equivalent of "Bhaji or Bhai" when we address any elder of our generation at all times. And so that mentality also comes to Hindi for me. I also learned Hindi in school, not just from speaking, with grammar rules and all. So again formal Hindi is ingrained in my brain.

But I agree, the writers handled it well. It was to give them a new level of intimacy and also for him to have " someone to call his own". I like how you said that!

I get it. N I don’t blame him one but for being a good, decent human. Who emphasizes with Shagun’s feelings and situations.

I blame Shagun for using his goodness.

My issue with Shaurya is, hiding things from Anokhi. Coz that’s what Is gonna mess up things. If Shaurya and Anokhi are on the same page, no DevGun or Tejvi can mess anything up for them.

I know things will be ok later. But they will mess up before they are.

On a serious note, it really reflects their childhood. She saw that having people meant nothing when you didn't have status/education/means in society. He saw that having everything meant nothing if you didn't have your person. So I guess their dreams makes sense.

But dudeeeeeeeeee.....the man is begging to be called "hubby" or have her say 'i love you' or just acknowledge the shaadi! When will those dreams come true for him???
