it was one whole day that anu went away, rajat has contacted each and every friend of anu but anu mili hi nahi, sareen asks him to find her in Kanpur but he says that she is in delhi as she went to her office that day

sareen- beta agar office gayi thi, toh office mein hi jaake mil leta

rajat- papa lagta hai ab aisa hi karna padega

as neil was in deep thought that now he has to find parth at any cost dev came running downstairs that shastri ko phirse heart attack aa gaya. as all of them rushed him to the hospital, dev was continuously trying to call anu and anu just ignores her calls thinking that dev must have called her asking her to come back home and then a message flashes on her phone screen but hearing the beep she ignores it but it is the next morning she sees that its neil's message which reads that shastri suffered yet another cardiac arrest. now a shocked anu rushes to the hospital and sees her father lying on the bed. as she is abt to enter the room dev blocks her way

dev- toh anushkaji aap aa hi gayi, apni sahuliyat k hisaab se

anu- dekho dev hum tumse bhi baat karenge par abhi pls humme andar jaane do, humme papa se milna hai

dev- kal jab hum phone kar kar k pareshaan ho rahe thhe tab kaha thhi, agar ab aayi ho toh itna concern dikhaane ki zarurat nahi hai

anu-(almost in tears)- dev pls abhi nahi, pls humse baadme lad lena (as dev is abt to speak something neil opens the door of the room and signs anu to go in leaving dev raged and as anu tlks to her fathr...

shastri- anu, beta kaha chali gayi thi tum pls ghar waapas aa jaao, mere paas waapas aa jaao

anu- papa, aap pls itna stress mat lijiye hum bilkul theek hai aur aapke paas hi toh hai

shastri- parr beta ghar chhodkar jaane ki kya zarurat thi

anu- papa pls chintaa mat kijiye hum jahaa bhi hai theek hai, safe hai

and after a 15 min long convo as she comes out of the room dev is ready for a war of words with anu but more than that neil is ready to counterattack dev as dev and neil argued a familiar voice called for anu from the back, it was Dr. maya singhal who gave anu a very frustrated look and instructed her to follow her as anu followed the doctor neil followed anu and as anu entered her cabin neil stood at a distance as the cabin nameplate said that the doctor was a gynaecologist

neil-(a big smile appeared on his face)- matlab kya bhabhi pregnant hai, bhai will be so happy, sab kitne khush honge aur shastri uncle bhi theek ho jaaenge (and he seemed satisfied)

as he went near the door to here the doctor's conversation with anu his smile vanished away and he himself did not realize when tears started flowing down his eyes

anu- m sorry doctor parr hum kya kare hamaare papa ko heart attack aayaa hai

doctor- that is not a justification anu, tumhe apna bhi dhyaan rakhna chaahiye

anu- hum rakh rahe hai na doctor

doctor- this is not done anu, ek toh pehle hi tumhaari pregnancy itna complicated case thi, tumne apna bilkul dhyaan nahi rakha, you did not come for ur appointment I did even have a word with your husband, pehle bhi nahi and not even after ur miscarriage, does he even care and more importantly does he even know

the word miscarriage was like a dagger straight into neil's heart, he could not take it, a thunderstruck neil went to his family and sat with them just numb but nobody actually cared to notice and ryt now he just wanted to tlk to rajat , nobody else

as rajat came to the hospital straight from his headquarters he saw anu leaving, tried to talk to her but she went away giving him a royal ignore and when he came to shastri's room he was happy to here that there is improvement in shastri's health condition but at that moment an angry dev was just badmouthing of how selfish anu was, minty was supporting her, sareen kept his mouth shut as rajat observed the whole scene, he saw neil who was all in tears sitting numb

rajat- bhai, r u ok?

neil- we need to tlk, abhi!

rajat- haa toh bol (and neil takes rajat with him to the gynac's cabin but she is gone away!)

rajat- neil mujhe yahaa kyon laayaa hai, whats wrong?

neil- everything is wrong bhai, but just tell me k aapki bhabhi se koi baat hui thi anything important related to her health

rajat-(as he recalled that anu wanted to tlk abt something important)- yeah but was it something relted to her health

neil- it is bhai, it is that she lost her baby or should I say she lost your baby

and rajat was not able to believe his ears

rajat- pls neil, don't u dare...

neil- m daring bhai, daring to tell u the trth, the whole truth abt your wife's condition, you know I felt so guilty after hearing her words mujhe sab yaad aayaa abt how u ignored her, how mom treated her, how she lived in pain, in tears, she skipped her meals, she did not rest properly, and now m feeling so ashamed of u, myself, my whole family and bhai if u don't trust me, u can surely confirm it from this doctor

along with neil's words, guilt and regret slapped rajat again and again, he was heartbroken

in the evening as rajat recalled all his times when he ill treated his wife, how he always said to her to go away from him and with his thoughts was his bottle or I should say bottles of rum accompanying him. he kept on drinking, and his guilt kept on mounting creating a big burden on his heart. he just cried but it was now that our till now confused character veer who got to know from minty just now that anu left the sareen house because rajat doubted anu and veer's relationship entered rajat's room in full form all set to bash him up not knowing that our hero is completely drunk so friends all I say is he had wrong timing

veer- yaar rajat, tu aisa soch bhi kaise sakta hai k mere aur anu k beech kuch chal raha hai, dimaag kharaab hai kyat era, I know that u also know that I loved her but its not the same right now, I just like her (as he tries to justify)

rajat toh aa gaya full on angry young man mode par. as he turned his soar red eyes were enough to scare veer and now before veer could utter a single word rajat started punching him from left to right and right to left throwing him picking him up and again throwing him, breaking his cupboards glass frame against veer's shoulder which was dislocated now. rajat did not speak a single word but continued to beat veer from red to green to blue to black actually beat him to death but sareen came to veer's rescue holding rajat who was now holding a broken glass bottle which hurt his hand. sareen asked veer to go away but he was lying half conscious on the floor so neil had to come and pick him up

sareen- fauji, pls don't break your heart like this, problem hai toh uska solution dhoond aise baithke peene se kuch nahi meilega

rajat- its my fault dad, I did not trust her, I broke her heart, I m responsible for her such condition, sab meri galti hai, infact I commited a crime, I took away her life, sab meri wajah se meri wajah se

as sareen hugged rajat he continued crying his heart out

next morning as rajat went to his family members, sareen instructed him to complete all the formalities at the reception. as he went there anu was already signing papers and paying the dues. she saw him, completed her work and left the place. rajat followed her and blocked her way to tlk to her

anu- pls hamaaraa raastaa chhodiye hamme janaa hai

rajat- anu we need to tlk

anu- humme kisise koi baat nahi karni

rajat-(holding her tightly by the shoulder)- anu mujhe tumhaari pregnancy aur miscarriage k bare mein sab kuch pata hai

anu- aapko kaise...

rajat- how dare u anu, tumne mujhe batana bilkul zarori nahi samjha

anu- jab aapko meri pregnancy k bare mein jaanna zaroori nahi laga toh mere miscarriage k bare mein jaanke kya karte, yaad kijiye aapko kitni baar bataane ki koshish kit hi lekin aapne kabhi meri baat suni nahi

and rajat felt guilty

rajat- m sorry anu, par ek baar bataake toh dekhti

anu- mujhse kyon puchh rahe hai, just go and talk to your mother bohot kuch bataya na unhone aapko mere bare mein, shaayad yeh bhi bataa deti k ye bachha kiska hai

rajat- pls anu ab ghar chalo I promise main sab theek kar dunga

anu- pls aise baat mat kariyye rajat, hum aapke saath nahi aannaa chaahte aap hi ne kahaa than a k hum aapse durr ho jaaye toh abhi hum aapse durr ho rahe hai, ab aapko hamaare bare mein sochne ki zarurat nahi hai hum jo hai jaise hai theek hai pls chhodd dijiye humme

and as anu left the place rajat was feeling helpless as he realized that his this condition is self invited and now all his guilt and regret made him more determined that he has to apologize to anu!

rajat- anu main nahi jaantaa k tum jaa kaha rahi ho par jaha kahi bhi ho mere paas ho, main tumhe ab khudse aur door nahi karunga, tumhe aur hurt nahi karunga

so friends what do you think will anu be able to forgivr rajat? but to seek forgiveness first he needs to find out anu madam hai kahaa pe !
