An ingredient called love
Firstly sorry for not updating analysis.. been busy so cannot be regular for another few days
There comes a time in life when someone special comes along, someone who gradually becomes the centre of our little world. At first we don't care much for their presence, till we realize that our own presence means little without them around...
Anushka was shown to have been hit with the same realization of love. The feeling that he is one person who, everytime he looks at her, makes her feel like the most beautiful girl on the planet, a person who suddenly has become more than a part of her little world- who is now her world. There is guilt too. GUILT for asking Devyani to stay away from him only to have her own self finding it hard to maintain distance. I have a feeling Devyani will taunt Anu with this fact once the truth is out and in this case alone she wouldn't be wrong.
Devyani is concerned for Neil but I cannot empathize with her mainly because her first thought on rejecting Neil was that it wouldn't cause a problem between her and Rajat. It is said that our need to love is more than our need to be loved and hence we try so hard to have our love reciprocated by someone we love and run away from the one who loves us- I can understand Devyani's crush on Rajat but her ignorance towards everything else and as we are to understand by spoilers, her going ahead and preparing to get engaged with the brother of the guy you rejected is slaying her character.
Minty Sareen was the one who stole the show today. Fabulous acting on her part. The pain of losing your own child, witnessing him being rescued only to find him not breathing. Believing for a minute that your child is dead, that one whole minute when your world crumbles and crashes at your feet was portrayed perfectly. When a mother witnesses this, in a way her thinking capacity ends to a point where there is a red haze of anger around her when the only thing she wants is revenge against the person who has made her child suffer. It doesn't matter whether that person is right or wrong, all that matters is making that person suffer. Minty is going through that phase right now and if she, in anger, plans to break devyani, it is understandable (Mind you, I say understandable not justifiable).
I have a feeling Rajat will not know the truth till the last minute. He will walk towards Devyani but on reaching near her, he will turn towards Anu and when someone will mention that his engagement is with Dev, he will drop the ring in shock
It was an episode which would wring out emotions.. whether it was the emotion of realization of love, pain of unrequited love, the utter devastation of a mother on losing her child or the cold blooded plan of revenge..., todays episode was one emotion packed episode
