It's quite evident that chhaya loves her own more, but she is more of a mother for the family that protects everyone. Including Yam and Yami. Just like Shani's love protected his mother. Sangya's selfishness is harming everyone. And so is Surya D3vs pride.

I hope Yams relationship with Shani improves and he is able to see him as his brother.

Another reason why Shani doesn't get along with Surya and other Devas is they are bound by their nature and Dharm as Devas.
