As of my knowledge, Harman couldn't get a decent job in Gurdaspur firstly because he was Harak Singh's son and the latter had asked the entire Gurdaspur to keep his son unemployed. Also, Harman confessed to his Gulabo that he is uneducated. How on the God's green earth can Harman run factories now? Does education not play a key role in managing anything. This is such a magical la la land where logic and reasoning are kicked out of the window.
Also, Varun is suddenly a competent Head accountant, damn that boy is a jack of all trades. From Preeto's planning, it seems evident Surbhi will end up with Varun. Boy, the disasters this RS is brewing!

Actually in daily soap world , all this works 😆

u wont beleve in Yeh hai mohabbatein , Raman-Ishita's daughter Ruhi dint even finish her schooling but now she handles big projects for her father's company single handedly 😆😆...

So Harman is doing same too 😆

Lets just say if its father ka business , u dont really need to b graduate to handle it .. bas spoon feeding is enough .. it happens in real life too in some cases .. for example Ambani sons 😆😆
