Harman Soumya marriage is totally legal according to the judgement of Supreme Court of India of 2014 where the third sex got full legal rights as a third gender. Surbhi Harman marriage is totally illegal according to Indian laws. Here each and every member of the family has committed a crime. But then its a serial by RS.

I wish the team had done some proper research including medical condition of people like Soumya. Does she have an extra chromosome which should be an extra x chromosome looking at her true feminine characteristics.

I think that supreme court law for which you are talking about as third gender I agree on that but they got their rights as third gender in various government jobs or other firms not in marriage thingy...as today when we fill the govt job forms there three genders are mentioned make ,female,transgender ...but the makers have not shown saumya clearly as she is a transgender or enauch...

LGBT marriages are still illegal in India ...so I'm that case saumya Harman marriage is illegal in the eyes of law if they want to get a legal status then they should proceed to court but the makers will not show it they are interested in behen sautan hide and seek

Yes same sex marriages are not legal but here it is a marriage between a male and third gender person who has medically not be proven yet to be belonging to the third gender. Till declared null and void by the court of law the marriage holds. I was reading a reply by a transgender where she says by this ordinance she can marry a normal male and her marriage would be legal.
