Shakti: Astitva Ke Ehsaas Kii - 23rd Aug: Written Update

Harman asks Varun about why he changed the route to the factory. Varun expresses that you need to switch ways to achieve a few goals. Also, I just need you two to spend some quality time together. He drives them to a panipuri stall. He says Bhabhi enjoys them. Harman taunts Soumya that instead of eating my brains, eat the golgappe.

The vendor exclaims that the plates have gone for washing and there's one for the three of you. Harman says we can't. We'll go. Varun says they will eat golgappe and here and the way I just explained. Harman and Soumya give in. Varun asks Harman to feed the golgappe to Soumya. He obeys. Soumya puts one in Harman's mouth in return. During the next round, Soumya chokes and starts coughing. Harman rubs her back and offers her water. The vendor says that HaYa are very lucky. Harman chides him asking if they were unlucky till now. The vendor says that it is said that if one part of a couple coughs and chokes on a golgappe, their bond remains forever. Harman and Soumya look at each other, awkwardly.

Harak Singh and the others reach the venue. Viren and his wife look unhappy. Preeto asks for Harman and their car stops st the right time. They all proceed for the inauguration while Viren and his family sits in the audience. Harak adjusts the Mike. Harman murmurs to Preeto that this is an inauguration, not Ram Leela. Ask your hubs to stop the drama. Preeto chides that try leaving the function, I'll let you know what I'll do. Harak announces that this is another effort towards Make in India campaign and this factory is being set up under my DIL's name. Viren doesn't look pleased. Harak invites everyone to proceed. While cutting the ribbon, Soumya remembers how her family tagged her as a bad omen and as an unlucky charm for her family. She cuts the ribbon and everyone applauds. Preeto says that she hopes that the way you'll prove to be lucky for our business, I hope you prove lucky for Harman and us and gift us with our heirs. The next time this happens, I hope we have two kids with us. They all proceed back home. Preeto asks Varun to come with them and leave the newlyweds alone. Before leaving, Preeto asks Harman to pick up jaggery from Kartare's shop. Harman says I wont. Preeto pulls his cheeks and asks him to comply. Harman cribs but agrees. Soumya says let's do it, I'll make nice kheer for them. Harman tells her that the least she can do is pretend to be my wife. Do no more. Soumya quietly sits in the car.

Harman buys jaggery and then thinks that they shouldn't leave without having tea. He asks Soumya if she wants some too and she agrees. She steps out of the car and they both drink tea. Some goons Eve tease Soumya and try to hold her when Harman comes in her defense and asks the goons to step away and not touch her. He comes in between her and the goons and slips her inside the car and asks her to stay put. He warns the goons to back off because they won't like what will follow. They don't comply. Harman informs them of the three ways of meeting Harman, baat mulaqat and laat. They still don't move and angrily Harman beats them. They all pounce at him but he defends himself. One goon attacks him with a knife and Harman receives a cut. Soumya calls out to him and starts opening the door when he asks her to stay inside. Soon, he beats the crap out of them and they run for their lives. Soumya steps out with a handkerchief and says that she knows Harman doesn't want to be touched by her but he should not stop her then. She tightly covers the wound and they return home.

Preeto asks them why they're late. Harman gives them the jaggery when Preeto sees the wound and questions what is he upto. Harman says got a cut, Soumya put this around it. Preeto chides that Harak is right, he'll never grow up from the careless bachelor Harman even though he has a wife now. Harak says he has been a liar since he was a kid. Now Soumya will speak the truth. Soumya informs them that goons attacked them and he got cut. Preeto gets worried and Harman says they teased Soumya, I couldn't stay quiet. Harak appreciates his gesture and Harman says that he would've done the same for any other girl too. Preeto doesn't look convinced.

Precap- Preeto appreciates that Soumya loves kids and she'll prove to be a great mum. Harman asks Preeto to stop beating around the bush. She needs a grandson, he'll get one..from anywhere. Preeto is convinced that something is the matter between the two.
