How can one not know ?

How can one not know if he/she is a transgender since childhood ? I mean, is that physically, medically possible ? How can you yourself not know ? If someone could explain this, inrelation to basic human physiology and anatomy. This is confusing me.

I applaud the show for its brave content. More path breaking shows like this needs to come up. 👏

she didnt know bcoz she never intereacted with outsider

Lack of knowledge and lack of education make people ignorant. And here Nimmi has always kept Somu away from everyone! She even never went to school. Hardly got the chance to discuss about such things (like we normal girls talk about when we sit together) with Surbhi and Khalsee because Nimmi never let her think/talk like other girls! And no man has ever been in her life before!

I must say CVs could have made it a lil bit more clear about why she never knew she is transgender since childhood, it prevents confusion for the viewers!
