may be there's some kind of test by which doctors can determinate that if the child is transgender at the time of birth itself that's how all the family members knows it , & being transgender doesn't means that they will like boys stuff only they can be girly too

we can't talk about infertility when it comes to a newborn , so it has to do with intersex issue. And today's episode somehow indicates it .

If they are going to show Intersex, they cant really give her an ordinary girlish look after leap..Intersexes are neither male nor female..its not just an abnormality in the anatomy of genital organs.They can easily be recognized as intersex through their secondary sexual characteristics too..like Beard on the face & heavy voice. I wonder how ll they handle it, if they are really going to show such serious issue on television.

Intersex is of various types n such ppl suffer from different syndromes like turners,klinfelters syndrome etc,all dese syndromes r due to chromosomal abnormalities and have characteristic symptoms which doctors can identify at birth;for eg in case of turners syndrome d new born has a characteristic line in d palm bcz of which doctors can identify it easily
