I never really understood the censor board in India, don't know how they function. I like the G, PG, R ratings better.

Yes Billa 2 is not meant for kids and it's for adults only but it should not be banned from being telecasted on TV.

Kids who are Ajith fans will find other ways to see the movie.

Oh how ridiculous...the certificate should only act as a warning for audience whether they watch or not should be their own choice...

ps. I have not watched the film yet but anyway doesn't matter...😆
