Expectations riding high
There seems to be a lot of hopes riding on the soon-to-be-released Nitin and Nithya Menen starrer "Ishq". Enthused by the positive response to the song "Lachamma", which went viral on the Internet, actor Nitin is banking on the romantic entertainer to give him that elusive hit. Actress Nithya Menen, who was last seen in the Telugu version of Santosh Sivan's period drama "Urumi" is also pinning her hopes on this flick to brighten her career prospects in Tollywood. Director Vikram Kumar, who made his debut with "Ishtam", way back in 2001, is hoping that this film will help him regain a foothold in Tollywood and ditto for music director Anoop Rubens. With so many people praying for so many reasons, hopefully this flick will do the trick for all of them.
