Chennai: Shankar's Nanban opened to packed houses and has been doing great at the box office since the day of release. The audience got crazy for watching the flick. Even as per the reports, the tickets got sold out like hot cakes and still people find troubles in getting the advance bookings for the film. Nanban is the remake of the 2009's Hindi blockbuster 3 Idiots (directed by Rajkumar Hirani and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra).

The gorgeous actress of Nanban, Ileana D'Cruz is now everywhere in the media. She has been praised high for her role in the movie. She is truly getting the limelight for the character and her beauty. Both the flicks got distributed in Tamil Nadu circuit by Studio Green and they are doing colossally great with the masses there. The films are expected to collect more in the days to come.
