Even as TV anchor Sivakarthikeyan's first movie as hero, Marina, gears up to hit screens, he is busy playing the role of Dhanush's friend in his forthcoming flick, 3. Seeing his performances in Jodi No 1 and other stage shows, Dhanush and his wife-cum-director Aishwarya have chosen Sivakarthikeyan for their film. Says he, "After seeing a few shows of mine, Dhanush gave me this opportunity to act in his film. Shooting has already started and we will wrap up the shoot soon. I can't reveal anything about my character. What I can say is that I will be seen throughout the film along with Dhanush and Shruti Haasan." Talking about his experience of shooting for the film, Siva says, "I was a little nervous in the beginning as they're big stars. But, now we are all a team and there is a lot of fun on the sets. Rajini has always been my role model. So, I feel it's a privilege to act in a film that is being directed by the superstar's daughter." However, there is something about which Siva is unhappy. He is sad that he couldn't contribute to the blockbuster hit song, Kolaveri di. He says, "I was roped in for this project only after the song was composed. But I got an opportunity to listen to it even before it was released. Even though I couldn't contribute to the song, I'm glad as I will be part of the video of the song."
