Velayudham Success Meet

Vijay, music composer Vijay Antony and director Jayam M Raja met the press on October 28 evening at a leading hotel in the city to celebrate the success of Vijay's Diwali release, 'Velayudham'.

Speaking to the gathered Vijay expressed his gratitude to the cast and crew for the commercial entertainer that caters to all the centers. He also thanked Raja's brother, Jayam Ravi for helping in the betterment of 'Velayudham' script!

Vijay also confirmed that he will soon start work with director AR Murugadoss on their next and that a formal announcement on this front will be made shortly.

'Velayudham' directed by Jayam Raja has Vijay, Hansika Motwani and Genelia D' Souza in the lead roles with music by Vijay Antony. The film showcases a commoner taking the role of a superhero for the common good and is aimed at the Ilayathalapathy's fans both in rural and urban centers.
