Ajith Kumar 's Tamil film Mankatha in the direction of Venkat Prabhu is being dubbed in Telugu soon. The Tamil version of the film is set for release on 31st August. Ajith's films such as Prema Lekha, Priyuralu Pilichindhi were earlier dubbed and scored well in Telugu.
Trisha is playing the leading lady in the film while Vaibhav, Arjun are essaying prominent roles. Multi Dimension Films acquired the dubbing rights for the Telugu version of the movie.
Touted as an action thriller, Mankatha showcases Ajith in grey shades. The logo and audio launch of the film are expected shortly.
Apart from this, Suriya's 7AM Arivu, Jeeva's Vanthan Vendraan, Vijay-Shankar's Nanban are also being dubbed in Telugu and are giving hard fight to Tollywood's direct releases.

The song has evoked huge response with the audio for its stunning style of rendition by Krish and Suchitra. It has a rock 'n' roll kind of rhythm. It was a big doubt whether it will be an item number or romantic track. Yes, the song belongs to the latter category and is pictured on Ajith Kumar and Trisha. The song is set in backdrops of a room that has the walls changing into different colours and locations. Thala Ajith Kumar will have more costumes constantly changed through Computer Generated Graphics' Need an example - watch out for the song 'Bachna Ae Haseeno' where Ranbir Kapoor undergoes similar. But this one is far best than the Hindi song. Trisha is so hot and sensuous in this song and shares a scintillating onscreen chemistry with our Thala.
While presenting you with the music review of this track, we had made blind assumptions that the song will have huge celebrations in the theatres. But this morning soon after watching the film, the elite audiences themselves were prone to celebrative moods. Yup! Our Thala has performed a dance to a greater magnitude that one might have not imagined. Wow! What a dance and this is incredulously astounding. While the portion of 'Raman Aandalum Raavanan Aandalum', Thala laughs in his style and at last like Superstar Rajnikanth and then Vaibhav asks 'Thala why are you dancing for this song for now?' to which Thala replies 'Mabbu Aerunaale Ilayaraja Paatuthaan Mindukku Varudhu'.
