So today we have got a glimpse of Mahid's past. His mother tried to run away with her lover leaving Mahid behind and that's probably the reason why he got triggered so much about the whole Ayesha incident. Its actually realistic. Trauma isnt something that magically disappears. Good thing is Mahid acknowledges it and is trying to work towards it. Seher recognizes that and hence her dialogue " iss andhere mein roshni chupa hai..humne dekha hai". Its actually beautiful how inspite of enduring so much trauma throughout her childhood she still manages to see the good in everyone, eventhough she herself is helpless always tries to help others in whatever way she can. She's such a pure soul

Also there's a bts I saw where there's some wedding function going on. So I guess Kausar and Seher dont manage to escape somehow just like the og? Some people are speculating that they would escape and then a time leap would happen etc. But I dont see that happening at all because how else would MaHer's or KauReed's story gonna progress? I feel marriage is going to happen, just like the og, Mahid and Seher would development an emotional bond and that's when Mahid would give her divorce because he feels the marriage is caging her and she would reach greater heights if they get separated, then they might take a time leap..

Also have the makers forgotten about Fareed's wife? Fareed doesn't even seem to bother about her? It seems like she just vanished into thin air

was mahid's mother already in a relationship or after her marriage? mahid working through his trauma is nice but i think there seems more behind the story..parth was pretty nice in the scene where i think ayesha and her lover get caught and he triggers mahid about his deceased mother's scenario..

is the wedding function towards mahid-seher wedding function track or some flashback?

I guess his mother was already in a relationship and was forcefully married..Maybe they kill her lover or something and then she commits suicide

Regarding the bts, it wasn't flashback, Seher is in bridal clothes so it has to be some wedding function

How can a mother of a 10 yrs old son care about a lost lover more than her son? Even if she got forcefully married to another guy. Also I don't think she fell in love with another guy after her marriage, so it is only the first theory.. and I am really sad about what happened to Mahid.

I am sure Seher and Mahid's marriage is going to happen.

You're right but I feel his mother was also tortured and wasn't in the right state of mind. She probably felt leaving Mahid behind would be better for both of them. I dont think Mahid also knows the entire story yet. He was probably brainwashed about his mother by the rest of the family members

Also makers need to get a grip with Kausar and Fareed's story line. Is it too difficult to write a mature story for them? Why was Fareed even imagining Kausar while his wife was hugging him. Its messed up af. And it made me realise, so many episodes passed, but we have never seen Fareed thinking about his wife or trying to contact her/find out about her whereabouts. From the little glimpse we got about their marital life, it seemed like they didn't have much issues between them other than the fact that Sultana wanted her biological child while Fareed was against it. So for him to completely forget about her existence is just weird

In yesterday's ep it was good to see maulana rethinking about giving his responsibilities to Mahid. It is good for Mahid to get treated before.

Kausar and Seher's separation was sad. I hope it doesn't last long. Mahid and Seher's meeting was a symbol of destiny tying them together. I love it that seeing Seher makes Mahid calm, which shows her effect on him

Unpopular opinion here -- this happens more often than you think. Basically the dynamics between spouses impact the relationship with the child. So if a parent does not like the spouse, they don't like the child as much because it reminds them of their spouse.

It also happens if there is split parenting in the house. Basically one partner is essentially there like a dummy piece while only one parent is actively involved. So a distance happens -- usually this is with fathers but it can also happen with mothers like we see with Amal and her mom.

Basically the drama is showing how dysfunctional families exist and the dynamics and fallout.

also, yeah, the maulana was finally given a change of mind to reconsider his choice of mahid being the next maulanawarna his character was being unidimensional in straight up mahid being the next maulana in line lol
