Wow super writing. It is so sad to see Preeto hurt and then her two older sisters been so selfish. Hope to see more writing to keep us occupied and appreciating your writings.

Part 5...

Preeto has given Ishu a piece of her mind. Ishu is left confused. Bj doesnt do anything and goes to Preeto's room with food.

Bj- puttar meine kaha tha ke Rajbeer hi tera sahara banega.

Preeto- Bj mujhe apse kuch kehna tha, kal raat Rajbeer ne mujhse phir se propose kiya tha.

Bj- toh tune kya kaha.

Preeto- mein ha kaha.

Bj gets all happy and then hugs Preeto.

Night...

Rajbeer comes to Preeto's room and then closes the door behind him. He then sees a upset Preeto sitting on the bed.

Rajbeer- kya hua.

Preeto- kuch nahi

Rajbeer- joot kuch toh hua hai. Bolo kya hua.

Preeto- Ishu di ne jo aaj kiya usse yahkein bhi nahi hota ke yeh hi woh Ishu di hai jo kise se uchi awas mein bhi baat nahi karti thi.

Rajbeer- Preeto kise bhi insaan ke nature pe koi control nahi kar sakta.

Preeto- ap sahi ho, kise ka kise pe bas nahi chalta. Waise aj patta Bj kya bol rahe thi.

Rajbeer- kya.

Preeto- woh bol rahe thi ek ab mujhe shaadi karne chahiye.

Rajbeer- toh phir tum ne kya keha.

Preeto- kuch nahi, afterall jise mein pyaar karte ho woh toh sirf nam ke hi air force officer hain. Lekin undar se dorpok hai.

Rajbeer- tum mujhe darpok keh rahe ho.

Preeto- ha, aur nahi toh kiya. Agar dorpok nahi hote toh at least flowers toh late.

Rajbeer- aur tumse kise ne kaha ke mein tumhare liye flowers nahi laya. Yad hai woh white roses.

Preeto- jo Bj lejae. Stupid red roses nahi la sakte the.

Rajbeer- socha toh tha lekin phir socha ke agar Bj mujhse jusa hogaye aur mujhe thapad mar ke ghar se bahar nikal diya toh. Phir meine yellow roses liye.

Preeto- jo aaj tak mujhe nahi mile.

Rajbeer- funny lekin phir socha ke inka meaning I like u zaroor hota hai lekin yeh frienship ke liye bhi toh hai. Tumhare 4 behene agar yellow roses dekh ke jajda karne lagi toh. Tumhe toh patta bhi nahi chalte ke roses tumhare liye the.

Preeto- okay fine white roses liye aur bj lejae. Toh phir dobara nahi la sakte the.

Rajbeer- mein tumse pyaar ke baate karne aya ho aur tum mujhse jajda kar rahe ho.

Preeto- mein jajda kar rahe ho accha toh phir mujhe ap se baat he nahi karne.

Rajbeer- toh phir mat karo baat.

He leaves the room and goes to Bj papaji. After he left Preeto started smiling to herself. Later she thought Rajbeer abhi tak jussa hai mujhe laga ke 2 minute mein wapas ajaengay. Lagta hai mazak thoda ziyada hogaye.

She comes out of her room and looks for Rajbeer.

Preeto- Bani, Rajbeer kaha hai.

Bani- woh toh abhi bhi chale gae. Thoda jussa dekh rahe the. Apka unse jajda hua hai kya.

Preeto- nahi issa kuch nahi hai. Woh baas kuch baat karne the.

Preeto goes in her room again now she is angry at him.

Preeto- meine thoda mazak kya kiya toh phir jussa ho ke chalegae. Mujhe toh laja ke menane aengay. Lekin nahi ek baar bhi menane nahi ae hai. Lekin mujhe unhe at least ek phone karna chahiye.

She dialed his number. His phone started ringing and then he picked it up.

Rajbeer- kya hai.

Preeto- jab koi phone karta hai toh surowat hello hi se hote hai.

Rajbeer- kya hai.

Preeto- abhi tak jussa ho.

Rajbeer- ha

Preeto- please maaf kardo. I'm sorry.

Rajbeer- thek hai.

Preeto- ab toh thek tara se baat karo.

Rajbeer- okay mere jaan. Ek minute tumhe woh suniye deraha hain.

Preeto- kya.

Rajbeer- woh...

Preeto- kya woh...

Rajbeer- mera dil, jo itne sor se dhadak raha hai aur ke rahe I LOVE U! I LOVE U! I LOVE U!

Preeto- really

Rajbeer- I LOVE U, I LOVE U

Preeto- Rajbeer stop it.

Rajbeer- I LOVE U

Preeto- seriously baas karo.

She just hangs up. She lies on the bed and says - pagal hai.

Part 6...

About 6 pm...

At black car stops outside the Dhillon house. A person with the support of a walking stick comes out of car. He is wearing a blue kurta with white bottoms. He has a moustache and is in his 60's. He walks over to the door and then rings the bell. Preeto comes rushing over to open the door. When she opened the door she is too surprised to say anything.

Meeta- kyun hai Preeto

Preeto- Bj, Papaji. Tarji ae hai.

Bj and Papaji come quickly out of their room. They bend down to his feet to get his blessing.

Bj- Tarji ap achanek se yaha.

Tarji- Preeto ka itna baada acciendent hogaya aur mujhe kisne khabar bhi nahi ki. Kehar, mujhe Preeto ko lekar ek baat karne hai.

Preeto- mujhe lekar ek baat. Kyu Tarji.

Tarji- tere shaadi ke baare mein. Meine fesla kiya hai ke tere shaadi mere business partner se hoge.

Papaji- bhaiya hum sab iske baare mein baad mein baat karengay.

Tarji- nahi Gagan. Meine kaha hai toh kaha hai. Preeto ke shaadi mere amir partner ke bette se he hoge. Tumne he toh mujhe ejasad de thi Preeto ki zindagi ka ghar fesla karne ki. Aj tak har fesla tune kiya hai lekin yeh fesla mera hoga.

Preeto quickly ran to her room because she could no longer hold her tears back.

Bj- Preeto.

Tarji- rehene de Kawal. Sarma gae hoge. Waise Meeta, Ishmeet tum donu apne ghar walo ko bolao.

They nodd.

(Scene shifts to Preeto's room.)

Preeto is crying, she helplessly falls to the ground. Preeto- mujhe Rajbeer ko bolna chahiye.

She dialed his number. Rajbeer is driving his car and then his phone rings and then finally Rajbeer picks the phone up.

Rajbeer- Hello jaan.

Preeto quickly wipes her tears away and then talks with her normal voice.

Preeto- Rajbeer ap kaha ho. Duty khatam hogae.

Rajbeer- ha, duty toh khatam hogae. Kyun kya hua.

Preeto starts sobbing. Rajbeer heard her sobbing.

Rajbeer- Preeto kya hua. Kisne kuch kaha. Mujhe please baato.

Preeto- woh Rajbeer ap please mere ghar ao.

Rajbeer- abhi a raha ho lekin baato toh sahi kya hua.

Preeto- woh tarji ae hai aur unhone..

Rajbeer- kya hua.

Preeto- unhone mera rishta tai kar diya apne bussiness partner ke bette ke saath.

Rajbeer was so shocked. He stopped the car.

Rajbeer- KYA! Preeto mein abhi a raha ho.

They end the call. Rajbeer takes a big u-turn.

(Scene shifts, in Bj and Papaji's room)

Bj- ap kuch kaho. Apke zaban ke waja se mere bachi ke zindagi phirse barbad ho rahe hai.

Papaji- mujhe kya patta tha ke bhaiya Preeto ka rishta tai karae hai.

Bj- kuch karo, itne deno bad Preeto ne Rajbeer se shaadi karne key liye ha kare. Preeto ek gudiyaa nahi hai jiske shaadi kahe pe, kise ke saath kardi.

Papaji- ek minute Kawal ji. Preeto ne Rajbeer se shaadi karne ke liye ha ki aur ap mujhe ab baata rahe hain. Rajbeer aur Preeto ek dosre se pyaar karte hai iss se baadi khushike baat kya ho sakte hai.

Bj- lekin ab Tarji unka kya kare.

(In the living room)

Tarji, Ahluwalias, Pankaj, Sunny, Dhillons, all the sister and Bj Papaji r in the living.

Bj- Rajbeer ko kise ne baataya.

Dhruv- ha Bj meine baataya.

Rajbeer comes and they all have a smile on their face.

Tarji- tum kun ho.

Bj- woh Rajbeer hai, Dhruv ka dost aur iss ghar ke bhaut madat ke hai.

Tarji- tumse mile ke khushi hua.

Rajbeer- mujhe bhi.

They all sit down.

Tarji- Preeto ke shaadi Vikram Kurana se hoge. Shaadi ke karik aj se thek 5 din baad ke hai. Toh hum sab kal subha Patiala ke liye nikalenga. 3 din baad roka hai, uske 1 ek din baad sangeet aur mehndi hai aur phir shaadi.

Rajbeer- uncle mein kal nahi a sakta, mujhe kuch kam hai. Mein 2 din baad ata ho. Ap mujhe address de dijea.

Tarji gives him the address.

Papaji- ap ko nahi lagta ke yeh sab bhaut jaldi ho raha hai.

Tarji- 5 din baad agar shadi nahi hue toh phir ek saal ke nahi hoge. Aur mera koi thikana toh hai nahi. Aaj ho saal baad nahi ho. Preeto ke shaadi hogae toh phir moth se bhi kui gham nahi hai.

Bj- lekin itne saari taiyarreya kaise hoge.

Tarji- hindustan ke sab se acche wedding planner ko bolaya hai.

Next Morning...

Preeto is all speechless and stuff. She thought Rajbeer mere shaadi kise aur se kaise hone de sakte hai. That kept repeating in her mind, she was dressed in a purple dress and then heard her Tarji.

Tarji- Preeto puttar, jaldi kar der ho rahe hai.

Preeto- ae Tarji.

She came downstairs with her clothes in a travelling bag. Bj was so ashamed of herself that she couldnt look into Preeto's eyes.

Tarji- sara saman le leya. Iss ghar ko ek ekrebar dekh le. Shayad dobara na mil pae.

Just before everyone left the house Preeto turned around to see her house for one last time. A tear rolled out of her eye. She wiped it away and then closed the door after her.

In one car Simmi, Ishu, Bani, Sonu and Meeta left. In one car Dhruv, Pankaj, Papaji and Sunny left. In Tarji's car Preeto, Tarji and Papaji n Bj left. Preeto was silent on their entire trip to Patiala.

Part 7...

Only 1 day left till Preeto's roka. The Dhillon family was staying in a mansion. Tarji was exteremly rich, he owned lots of property and khets too. It was 8 am in the morning and Preeto was sitting on her bed dressed in a light pink dress, crying. Rajbeer's image kept coming in her mind. She started hearing 'Tu ke jaane pyaar mere. Main karo intazaar tere.' The music stopped when she covered her aars. When she removed her hands from her ears the song started again 'Tu ke jaane pyaar mera. Main kaor intazaar tere.' she covered her ears but this time the music didn't stop. She quickly got up and then ran over to her window.

When she looked out the window, she saw Rajbeer standing far away. She quickly ran out of her room, out of mansion. She kept running towards Rajbeer. He had his arms open for her. When she was in his arms he hugged her tightly.

For some reason Preeto started having tears in her eyes and then she left his embrace. She turned her back to him.

Rajbeer- kya hua

Preeto- mera roka kal hai aur ap..

Rajbeer- tumhe kya lagta hai, ke koi tumhe ek ring pahena ke tumhe mujse dur lejaega. Nahi, hum ek doosre ke liye hai.

Preeto- toh phir mein kya karo, mere shaadi hogaegi uske baad ap kuch karengay.

Rajbeer- nahi Preeto. Agar mein chaho toh phir tumhe abhi yaha se bhaut dur leja sakta hon. Lekin mein assa kuch nahi karonga jo Bj aur Papaji ko teklef de.

Preeto- aur mujhe jo teklef ho rahe hai woh.

Rajbeer- kisne kaha ke tumhare shaadi us Vikram se hogi.

Preeto turns around and hugs him again.

Preeto- leken ap karogay kya.

Rajbeer- patta nahi lekin mein tumhare shaadi us Vikram se toh khabhi nahi hone donga.

Preeto smiles.

They go in the mansion. Everyone sees Rajbeer and are very happy.

Bj- Rajbeer puttar, tu aa gaya.

Rajbeer- ha bj, ab boliye ke kya kam kara na he apke bette se.

Bj- sab se pehle toh tere saman tere kamre mein rak a.

Rajbeer nodds and then follows a servant who leds him to his room. He is very happy to know where his room is, it is exactly 2 rooms away from Preeto's. Rajbeer puts his stuff there and comes out to help.

At night...

Everyone has had dinner and they are back to helping. Preeto is not helping because Tarji said not to. So she just goes in her room. Bj hands over a big plate with stuff for Roka to Rajbeer.

Bj- Rajbeer puttar, yeh sab tu Preeto ke room pe rake soja.

Rajbeer- thek hai Bj.

Rajbeer goes to Preeto's room without knocking. She was looking out of the window, in the sky. Rajbeer puts the plate on her dresser and then closes the door behind him. He goes over to Preeto and then hugs her from the back.

Preeto- kun

Rajbeer- guess karo.

Preeto smiles- Rajbeer ap.

Rajbeer- tumhe kaise patta chala.

Preeto- chal yata hai.

Rajbeer- waise kya soch rahe thi.

Preeto walks over to the farther side of her bed and then sits on it. Preeto- woh kal ke roka ke bare mein.

Rajbeer walks over to her bed and then lays down with his head in her lap. Rajbeer- kuch galat nahi hoga.

Preeto was playing with his hair. Preeto- apko patta hai ke iss ungali pe ring kyun phenate hai.

Rajbeer looks at her in the eye. Rajbeer- kyun

Preeto- kyunki iss ungali ke naas sedhe dil tak jaate hai.

Rajbeer- interesting, mujhe nahi patta tha.

Preeto- hain, hain apko kya patta hota hai.

Rajbeer- preeto, ab woh sab chodo aur mujhe jaldi se ek good night kiss do.

Preeto- nahi,

Rajbeer- kyun

Preeto- agar Bani a gae toh,

Rajbeer- ane do

Preeto- Sonu a gae toh

Rajbeer- Bani aur sonu toh kya poore parewar ko ane do.

Preeto brings her lips near Rajbeer's face and then kisses his cheeks.

Preeto- ab jao.

Rajbeer got up and then left. After Rajbeer left Preeto thought yeh Rajbeer toh kuch nahi karengay. Mein Vikram ke ring nahi pehen sakte. Just then her eyes go on her dresser and then she is struck by an idea.

want to know what will happen on the roka ceremony, will she bandage her engagement finger so no ring can be put on it...its getting exciting thanks for writing this.every evening I look forward to this...great job 👍🏼

Part 8..

Preeto's Roka with Vikram...

Preeto was dressed in a peach lehenga. She was sitting in her room, waiting for Bj to come and get her. Then the Kurana's came. Vikram:

in a orange sherwani. Rajbeer was wearing a red sherwani and was helping out with the roka stuff.

Tarji- Kawal, ja jake Preeto ko le a.

Bj came downstairs with Preeto and she was a little nervous. Then she looked up to Rajbeer and then Rajbeer signaled her to smile. She smiled.

Preeto and Vikram sat down, Tarji gave Preeto a ring and then slid it in Vikram's hand. But, when Vikram asks for her hand, she hesitates.

Tarji takes her hand and then gives it to Vikram. Everyone is shocked, Preeto a bandage on her ring finger and her pinky.

Bj- jey kya hua.

Preeto- woh Bj, chodi nekal te waqt lagae.

Tarji- koi gal nahi. Dusre haath mein pehen le. Jab chot thek hojaege tab ring pehen lena.

Vikram slides the ring in her other hand. Everyone is happy after the roka cermony is done. Preeto and Vikram are not sitting beside each other. Suddenly Preeto gets a message from someone. At first she thought it was Rajbeer but when she checked it was Vikram. She opened the message and read 'Dekho Preeto. Tum ek bhaut acchi ladke ho lekin main kise aur se pyaar karta ho. Mere papa ne apne kasam dekar mujhe iss shaadi ke liye maanya hai. Aur main bas tumhe yeh baatana chahata ho ke humare shaadi hote hai toh phir main tumhe ek patni hone ke saari khushiyan nahi de paoga. Just try to understand'

There was a relief in Preeto's mind. She started texting Vikram back 'Vikram tum bhi ek acche ladke ho lekin mein bhi kise aur se pyaar karti ho. Iss shaadi mein mere bhi ko marse nahi thi. Ab agay jake patta nahi humare shaadi hogi ya nahi lekin agar hogaye toh. Toh phir mein bhi tumhe saari khushiyan nahi de paongi.'

When Vikram read the message he smiled and then looked at Preeto. While when Rajbeer saw Preeto's fake injury, he thought 'main janta ho ke yeh sab ek natak hai.'

Night before Sangeet...

Rajbeer somehow managed to get into Preeto's room. He sat next to Preeto.

Rajbeer- yeh tumne kyun kiya.

Preeto- apko sayad fark nahi padta lekin mujhe padta hai.

Rajbeer- okay fine apne saath do.

Preeto showed him her hand. Rajbeer unbandaged then hand that the ring was suppose to be. He removed the ring from her right hand and then placed it in her left hand. He kissed her left hand.

Rajbeer- ab khush

Preeto- maine thode kaha tha ke mujhe ring pehenao.

Rajbeer- thek hai main jaata ho.

Rajbeer got up and went towards the door.

Preeto- Rajbeer.

Rajbeer stopped and then smiled.

Preeto- good night.

Rajbeer's smile faded and then he left the room leaving a smiling Preeto.

When Rajbeer got to his room, Bj and Papaji came in his room. Bj- Rajbeer puttar.

Rajbeer looked up,-are Bj Papaji ap yaha. Mujhe neke bola leya hota.

Papaji- nahi puttar humara yaha ana zaroori tha. Puttar hum jaante hai ke tum and Preeto ek dosre se pyaar karte ho.

Rajbeer- ha Papaji, lekin

papaji intrupted- koi lekin wekin nahi. Ek kam kar kal shyam ko 7:30 pm ko sab gurudwara jaane wale hai. Tab tum Preeto ko baaga ke lejana.

Bj- puttar uske liye toh hum kabhi kuch nahi karpae. Woh jaante hai ke mujhe patta hai ke tum donu ek doosre se pyaar karte ho. Woh mujhe maaf bhi kar sakte hai kyunke bhaut baada dil hai uska lekin mein khud ko khabhi nahi maaf kar sakte.

Papaji- maa baap hote hua bhi hum kuch nahi kar sakte. Paadhae ke waqt bhi humne sirf uske saath na insafe ke aur shaadi ke waqt bhi yahe ho raha hai. Chalo paadhae ko jaane do, lekin shaadi. Puttar agar humare chup rehne ke waja se uske zindagi barbad hui toh phir jete je hum mar lajaengay.

Bj- mujhe uske sahame jaane mein bhi taklef hote hai, usse mein baat nahi karpaonge.

Bj takes off her kadas (bangles) and gives them to Rajbeer.

Bj- yeh shaadi ke baad use mera awirwad ke karha usse dedena.

Bj and Papaji leave Rajbeer's room. Rajbeer looks at the golden kadas Bj gave him and then puts them in his bag.
