Preeto started picking up things in the living room. After she was done cleaning the living room, she checked the time. It had been 20 minutes till she told Rajbeer and Veer to stop playing video games. She was really angry at Rajbeer. She was a little mad at Veer but he was a kid. Rajbeer was a adult he should know better. She opens the door to Veer's room. Preeto saw that Rajbeer and Veer were still playing video game.

Preeto- maine kaha tha na ke band karo yeh video game.

Veer- mom, please.

Preeto- nahi.

She comes in from of the tv and switches it off.

Veer- mom

Rajbeer- Preeto kya kiya tumne.

Preeto- maine kuch nahi kiya. Ap kabse kaha hai ke band karo. Lekin mere iss ghar mein sunta kun hai. aur kal raat ko jo kachra saaf kiya tha.

Rajbeer- kunsa kachra, woh living room wala?

Preeto- ha

Veer- mom, relax. Dad hain na, kachra saf karengay.

Rajbeer- Veer, that's not done. Tum bhi madat karogay.

Preeto- koi zarorat nahi hai. Maine wasi bhi saaf kardiya hai.

Rajbeer- Thank you Preeto. Aur tum kyun bola rahi thi.

Preeto- Yaad nahi hai kya. Bj ke ghar nahi jana hai kya.

Veer- oh ha, nani ke ghar jaana hai. Waha pe Bani masi, Ishu masi sab milke mera birthday maana aingay.

Preeto kneels down to Veer and says- ha, lekin phele tum jao aur tiyar hojao. Phir breakfast karki jalte hai. Okay

Veer- okay mom.

Veer goes to his washroom to get a shower.

Preeto- ab apko ek special invite dina padiga. Chalo jao aur ap bhi tiyar hojao.

Rajbeer goes to their room and goes to take a shower. Preeto takes out Rajbeer's clothes from the closet and puts it on the bed. She starts making the bed and Rajbeer comes out. He puts the shirt on and says- Preeto, button band kar dona.

Preeto comes near him and says- itne sal hogaye lekin kud button band nahi karengay.

Rajbeer- ha, kyunki subha subha tumhare saath romance karne ka mazaa hi kuch aur hai.

Preeto- kya karahe ho? Ab ek bette ki pitta ho, lekin ap toh Veer se bhi chote bache ho

Rajbeer- toh, aur Veer ko nahi patta ki uski maa ko pattane ke liye kitne mehnat kar ne padi hai uski papa ko.

Preeto by that time she is finished buttoning his shirt.

Saying that she leaves the room and gets breakfast. Everyone has breakfast and they head off to Amritsar.

Amritsar...

Everyone celebrates Veer's birthday. Bani gives him a play station 3, Sonu gives him a remote controlled helicopter. Ishu and Dhruv give him a laptop, Pankaj and Meeta give him a golden necklace. Rajbeer and Preeto had already given him a electric car in the morning. It is like 6pm thats why RajPreet and Veer had home. Veer was really tired and thats why he directly went to bed. Preeto and Rajbeer were in their room. Rajbeer was working on a file and Preeto went in the washroom to change. Suddenly they heard a scream 'MOM! DAD! HELP ME!'

Preeto- Veer!

They hurried to his room to find him missing and the window was open. They looked out the window and they saw someone in black forcfully taking their kid away. Preeto started crying. Rajbeer quickly went outside but he was a little late.

Next Morning...

Preeto was still crying and then suddenly the phone rang. Rajbeer picked it up.

Rajbeer- hello

Unknown- mujhe Preeto se baat karne hai.

Rajbeer- ap kun.

Unknown- Preeto se baat karne hai.

Rajbeer gives the phone to Preeto.

Preeto- hello

Unknown- agar apne bette ko zinda dekhna chahate ho toh phir kudko mere hawale kardo.

Preeto- tum kun ho

Unknown- itne jaldi bhol gaye mere awas, Bobby Singh.

Preeto- mein kaise maan lo tumhare pas mera betta hai.

Rajbeer got shocked and the put the phone on speaker.

Bobby- toh phir apne bette ki awas suno.

Bobby gives the phone to Veer- hello, mom dad. Please mujhe bachao, mujhe bhaut daar laj raha hai.

Bobby takes the phone away from Veer and - suna. Ab tumhare liye kya apne zindagi ziyada zarori hai yeh tumhare bette ki. Apne zindagi mujhe dedo aur apne bette ki zindagi bachao. Fisla tumhara hai. Mein 30 min ke baad phone karta ho.

The phone gets disconnected. Preeto starts crying. Rajbeer- tumhe apne apko kuch nahi karogi.

Preeto- lekin woh Veer ko.

Rajbeer- Veer ke liye mein tumhe nahi gawa sakta. Mein tum donu ko apne zindagi se bhi ziyada pyaar karta ho lekin mein tumhe Veer se ziyada chahata hon.

Preeto- Rajbeer, Veer mera betta hai.

Rajbeer- woh mera bhi betta hai.

Preeto- Rajbeer please mujhe yeh karne do.

Rajbeer- nahi,

Preeto- VEER MERA BETTA HAI.

Rajbeer- TOH MEIN TUMHARE BINA KAISE JEONGA.

Preeto- veer mera betta hai.

Rajbeer- thek hai mere liye nahi lekin Veer ke liye toh yeh maat karo. Jab Veer mujse pochega ke uske maa kaha hai, toh phir kya kahonga mein.

Preeto sobbs a little- toh phir Veer ko uske maa ke kame maat maisus hone dena. Phir chahe apko kise aur se shaadi bhi.

Rajbeer gets angry- PREETO! Mere zindagi mein sirf tum the, ho aur rahogi. Aur mein tumhe yeh nahi karne donga. Aur phir se yeh baat kehe na toh phir mein tumse zindagi mein khabhi baat nahi karonga.

Preeto- Rajbeer thek hai shaadi mat karna lekin please apko mere kasam mujhe yeh karne do.

Rajbeer gets tears in his eyes too and he couldnt say anything more. He just huggs Preeto tightly. Preeto huggs him back.

Bobby Singh calls again...

Bobby- kya fesla hai.

Preeto- kahan kab aur kitne baaje.

Bobby- kal subha 10 baaje cliff north pe. Waha pe koi nahi atta. Lekin ha, apne patti ko kehna ke 9:55 am ko apne bette ko lejae.

Preeto- thek hai.

Bobby- aur tumhare zindagi khatam hone wali Preeto. 24 ghante bhi nahi baache tumhare moth mein.

He laughs and then disconnects the phone. Preeto starts crying again and then puts the phone down.

At night Rajbeer was sitting at the edge of the bed with his night clothes on. Preeto came out of the washroom in her sleeping clothes and looked at Rajbeer who was sad. A tears rolled down her eyes. She managed to walk over to Rajbeer. She cupped his face and made him look at her.

Preeto- kya hua Rajbeer itne odas kyun ho.

Rajbeer- kaise odas na ho. Shaadi ke waqt waada kiya tha ke mere saath poori zindagi rahogi aur ab.

Preeto couldnt stand anymore she sat beside him on the bed and started crying.

Rajbeer- aur ab tumhare fesale ke mutabek yeh humare ek doosre ke saath akre raat hai.

Rajbeer looked at Preeto who couldn't stop crying, it killed him to see any tears in her eyes. He came close to her, he stopped her tears by kissing her eyes. They toke both toke a heavy breathe. Preeto looked up to Rajbeer with her watery eyes.

Preeto was gonna is say Rajbeer put Rajbeer stopped her when she said Raj.

Then in the next few seconds, Preeto was lying on their bed with Rajbeer on top of her. Rajbeer was looking at Preeto's innocent face. He now realized that by taking this decision she had already killed herself from the inside. She had to choose between her son and her husband. If she was fulfiling her responsibilities as a wife then she would loose her son and her son would be dead. That choose would kill her more. And if she was fulfilling her responsibilities of being a mother than injustice would be done to her responsibilities of being a wife. By choosing her son she was gonna die but if she had choosen her husband then he would loose her anyways. She would be nothing more than a walking, talking corpse.

Rajbeer kissed a cheeks and then started kissing her lips passionately. He knew that she thought that this would be their last night together but she was wrong. Preeto was always going to stay with him forever no matter what happens.

Preeto was dressed in a light pink suit and Rajbeer was wearing a white shirt with jeans. They drove to North Cliff and they saw Bobby with their son Veer. His gun was aimed at Veer's head.

B- Preeto apne apko mere hawale kardo aur Rajbeer tum Veer ko lejao.

They made their way to Bobby Singh, he grabbed Preeto hand and pushed Veer over to Rajbeer. Now his gun was aimed at Preeto head.

Preeto- Rajbeer ap Veer ko lekar jao.

Veer- Dad, mom kab aegi.

Rajbeer- bete mein tumhare sawalo ka jawab nahi de sakta.

Rajbeer toke Veer and headed towards the car. He started driving away, Veer- Dad mom ko toh aane do. MOM

When Preeto heard Veer say MOM, tears formed in her eyes.

Bobby- ab tera waqt khatam hogaya hai. Us din uss Ishmeet ke liye mere beshate kiy the na. Aaj dekh tere moth tere shahem mein hai.

He was a like second away from pressing the trigger when someone toke his arm and then made him point it towards the sky. The person was no other than Rajbeer. When Bobby singh saw him he was shocked. Rajbeer had left Veer in the car.
