i never seen preetos mum and ishu wear a mangalsutra or the red thing (dnt no hw to spell it) so hw come preeto is

Did she wear Mangalsutra today??? I didn't watch clearly need to take another loook..

I never seen biji wear one, but I have seen ishu wear one...i guess cause she is newly married, and plus so they can torture rajbeer with all this non sense.

Well they are playing a sikh punjabi family in the show. And technically sikh women don't wear sindoor or mangalsutra...just Chuda for the first 40 days after the wedding.

Some sikh women do wear it by choice though...even though now a days it has become more of a fashion accessory. And also it's a tv show...so that's another reason. That's why beeji doesn't wear sindoor or mangalsutra, neither does their mamiji ...but Ishu does even her MIL (NA) doesn't.
