I would just like to say - Galti hum viewers ki hai. If you all read the show overview it talks of Preeto as the daughter who puts her dreams on hold for her family happily. We as viewers expected too much ki yeh sister apni baaki sisters ko jeena sikhayegi, independent banna sikhayegi. Hum yeh bhool gaye ki doosron ke sapne sawaarne ka matlab unke liye crutch banna, unhe apne upar dependent banana bhi ek perspective hai.
I suppose we all expected too much from the show. Too sad that it is unable to live up to the expectations and hype it generated.
