There is no doubt in the fact that is show key Cvs male hain. The Cvs are trying to show us that ladkiyan jinhoney ghar ki responsibility lee hai wo shaadi nahi kar sakthi. What disgusting message is this. How can they spread such wrong message. To phir un ladkiyon ka kyaa jinhoney pariwaar ki responsibilities lee hai aur apni married life mein khush bhi hain. This is totally unfair on the part of Cvs. I feel so sorry for preeto, as her character is being portrayed so badly. Real life mein to sabsey zyaada caring, aur patient ladki hi hoti hai naa, isiliyey to ladkaa kabhi maa ki ja jagaa nahi ley sakta. Kuch haftey pehley to Cvs ney ye bhi bataaya tha ki preeto apney pariwar ko samhaalney key bhi laayak nahi hai, sirf roney key siwaa kuch nahi kar sakthi, uskaa bhi thekaa RB ney hi ley rakhaa thaa preeto key pariwaar ko samhaalney kaa. The Cvs are portraying a woman's charater to be weak in this show that too in the matter of love 😕. I would suggest Cvs to also include girls in their so called creative team. In this way they can show real behaviour of a girl in such situation. How easily they make preeto break RB's heart, koi ladki real life mein aisey nahi kartee rather she would accept such love and also in turn support him. See... yahaan phir give and take ki baath aagayi. Preeto is a very sweet character and can be an example for the women who are watching this show. Please dont spoil her character. Ladkiyon key saath insaaf keejiyey Cvs...

Well said. Totally caring and loving Preeto was shown to stand by True Love and make those lovers one for example Jogi-Jassi, Dhruv-Ishu. So why is she not been shown to stand by her true love Rajbeer?

This is something that I had expressed way back in November and since then have been saying it consistently ki is show ke Cvs male lagte hain. Koi bhi ladki agar uski life me RB jaise koi aa jaaye toh kisi bhi reaon se including family responsibilities will not reject such a man. On the other hand every girl dreams of having such a man in her life who will accept the fact that her family is equally important to her. And when such a man comes in her life she would be on bended knees thanking God. I have always said that the character RB is every girl's dream come true. This was not because he is handsome and such a generous lover but because of the fact that he understands people and has has that elusive quality of 'empathy'. I am disgusted by the way they have dealt with Preeto's characterization and done injustice to all women. And by the message that they are sending out to the public. In ke mutabik all girls who are only child should not get married or what? Responsibilities kabhi khatam nahin hoti life me.

i jus feel bad watching the show...its so disturbing the way Cvs are showing Preeto' s character...aajkal ki ladkiyaan koi aise nahi sochte agar sochte bhi hain toh pehle hi reject karte hain koi ladka pyaar karta hai toh but here preeto was the one who said i love u suddenly she broke up tab se laga rakhi hai family ka jaap...😭responsibilities can be handled by Rajbeer and Preeto even dhillons consider Rajbeer as their son so i dont understand y Cvs have gone mad there is no point of showing the track its jus they are dragging...😡

Balance is not an easy thing. Working and managing two families is an immense task. That is what Preeto would have to do if she married Rajbeer at this point. Work + manage her maayka + manage her marriage. RB is great and he deserves a full time partner not a part time one. Preeto is portrayed as wise enough to know that she cannot give him the full partnership he deserves at this point in her life not with all her responsibilities. He may understand and be willing to settle for less than he deserves. But, she is honourable and loves him too much to allow him to settle for less than he deserves. Post marriage a girl cannot spend all her spare time at her parents helping them out and also be a proper partner to RB. She barely has time to eat - would she have time to make him a meal? let alone be able to sit and eat it with him? Its idealistic to suggest that a girl can have it all and do it all... she maybe able to manage everything for a short while, but long term?

Marriage is a permanent commitment that one should not make if they cannot fully commit to it. At this time with all her responsibilities - it is not something she can take on in a whim or emotion... if she did so then she would be doing injustice to both her wishes/dreams for the betterment of her family and to RB

As for RB - I don't see him as a tragic figure here. He is making a conscious choice to wait for the girl he loves and respects. He knows that Preeto loves him though he is not her number 1 priority at this time. He is willing to wait until he is her priority and be there for her in the mean time. He knows the difference between love and commitment. As does she. They can continue to love without marriage - whether they say it explicitly or not, but marriage is not a commitment she wants to make part-time. Given his parent's marriage that is something RB surely appreciates. The day she says YES - he won't have to ever worry she will leave him.

Agreed @anjana. In such a scenario we do not need to keep getting the dialogue from Preeto to RB of dont wait for me. Then she too can be shown to gracefully accept that there is a man who is prepared to wait untill she is ready to say yes. That grace is missing. Sorry if I am being very strong with my views but I believe that one should have grace when life gives us both the flowers and the thorns. Here it is being shown that the protagonist accepts the thorns gracefully but scorns the flowers. It would have been more graceful to show her accepting the love and the patience of this man as a gift God has given her in the form of a man who loves her and all that she stands for.
