If he touched Savitri without her permission who knew what would happen. And when she did let him touch her, it was only her hand it was not as if she was letting him roam his hands all over her body. If you remember when RK was about to touch her face she cringed and took steps back. The real yamraj did not try to touch Savitri so why compare the two.
