No i don't think anything of that sort will happen. There will be no fake marriage I think, although @soumi mentioned in her spoiler that there will be, but I think she meant the fake drama.

What @soumi meant with Sanchi will use Kabirs surname...that point even I don't understand, coz if there won't be any marriage, there is no need also for using Kabirs surname...logically seen

I think they have dropped the idea of fake marriage. And yes saanchi can definitely not use kabir's surname if she doesn't do the fake marriage. Even I think saumi meant fake drama for one week.

😆 soumi dear not saying u are lying but on a scale of 1-10 how true are the things you have mentioned is there even going to be a fake marriage because u said yesterday romance and couple thingy is going to go on vacation 😆

Why do I feel that the fake marriage may take place and kabir may resign instead of sanchi. So saanchi can continue her internship in SDCH and kabir can get a job in other hospital. Yeah we will have to pull along sanveer scenes in hospital and sanbir scenes in kabirs house .

This makes more sense to me because we all know her identity isn't coming out anytime soon and its only when that gets exposed then she will get kicked out. yh it would better if they show san veer scenes in the hospital and sanbir ones at his house both fandoms will be happy 😆 😆
