Well it depends on each ones pov. I personally like a slow and matured love story. And for that I feel kabir and sanchi are perfect to the T. I don't like love stories which are instant or based on infatuations. And I find sanever love story very childish.
Secondly for a jodi to work there has to be some kind of chemistry so that you can connect with them. In sanveer, veer and sanchi are a total mismatch. No offence I even gave a shot to see their rain romance. And I swear, I just couldn't connect with that scene, saanchi looks way too elder for veer. Also veer over powers her from every angle be it looks or acting or the intensity needed for a romantic scene. Also the side profile of sanchi gives her a motherly look for veer.
Now coming to story pov, if sanchi gets married to veer, I bet this serial is going to become a saans bahu crap. Very soon saanchi will forget about her fathers dream and will be involved in kitchen politics with her step Mil and her mother. I forsee only gayatri and sanchi having all the screen space. Dr malhotra will only make a guest appearance. Veer will be reduced to become only a henn pet to his motherly looking wife. We all know that Veer will support Sanchi, so there will be no tension amongst them. Only cheesy romance.Allother characters like Kabir, riya and her two friends will have to say bye bye to the show.
But if sanchi gets married to kabir under some odd circumstances, I feel every one will have some role. Veer can never get sidelined because he is dr malhotras son. They can show veer turning grey and in turn becoming the best doctor to surpass kabir. He will try to outsmart kabir in every way .Then can be a blossoming love story between kabir and saanchi with both of them initially feeling akward and then slowly getting to know each other and liking each other slowly. Also we know that kabir will never go against dr malhotra. So initally I see a lot of tension between saanchi and kabir. In her battle against dr malhotra, veer will be her biggest strength. Because of their strong friendship and now their past,riya will constantly try to brainwash kabir about sanveer and try to create misunderstandings btwn Kabir and sanchi. Kabir can also be shown to be a little grey like he feeling insecured about SanVeers love. He can even be shown to have a set back in his career for a brief period due to his lack of concentration. He might lose someof his patients to veer.
I don't know why I always feel dr malhotra will try to hook veer with pragya because she comes from an affluent political family. Then we can also see he growing love story between veer and Pragya. Pragya will be apt to make the malhotra clan straight. Saanchi can be shown to make malhotra straight in the hospital and pragya at home. In the mean while saanchi will slowly try to open kabir's eyes and slowly get back to his career.
If thestory goes on like this, every character will have role.
But if san veer happens, the first thing dr malhotra will do is to kick both saanchi and veer fromhis house and from the hospital. And he will definitely send saanchi to jail. Then how will she fulfil her dad's dream. ?
