Nah I don't think so, coz we have seen how Sanchi opposes Malhotra, so I don't think this is the twist

I think Sanchi is just Sanchi Mishra only...if she was indeed a Malhotra puppet , she would be on his side most of the times, but we clearly see that she's dead against whatever he's doing
