Shocked to find out Amir Khan's wage for this show - Page 10

arrgghh! seriously, why r people against others making money if they are worth it??
aamir has put in gr8 effort for the show and he knows that he will be paid, why do we let our politicians eat the country but get 'shocked' when actors n players earn for their hard work? 🤣

he is not just presenting the show, taking money n going home.. he is coming on AIR, News, taking forth the issue to the concerned officials. And still people want to bash him 🥱

OK so after you all saying so much about the show I actually gave it a shot.
I watched 30 minutes of the child abuse show.
I am sorry but everything seemed sooo fake. As an actor Aamir could have done better crying but his tears were fake.
What impact it makes to the masses is yet to be seen. God knows how impact will be measured but my prediction is that this show will be a flop so Aamir should make the hey while sun shines.
Anyway time will tell so I will shut up for now and be back with my last laugh.

how many of us will watch show with our fav celeb in it or even just a celeb? raki syamber ( wat u ma-call it) so many pple toned in to watch yet many pple dont like raki.
so what is wrong when you pay a well-known fav celeb to host a show that raise awareness? if amir is getting a big paycheck which he should b/c this is job and he is qualified for it . the message is reaching to others right?
and how many pple wound come out and tell their past story and share this pain right on tv with just some other tv actress? no many . personally i wouldn't watch this is show if it wasn't for amir.
plus this isnt some dailysoap, this is a reality show which cost alot of many who ever is sponsoring it hats off to them.

Does it matter, how much he is taking for an episode? Do you think governments would be moved if somebody else was hosting this show? like Rajasthan government actually going to start a fast-track court to hear the female genocide cases?? I don't think so...

its bcoz its Aamir they are listening..I think all actors are going to charge hefty amount for an episode..but in turn if there is something coming out good..wats the problem??

these topics have been talked about on every show and by various hosts...did it matter to anybody?? but now everybody is talking about it...in every Indian party around ..thats the power put to good cause..is how I see it...

and the the work shops to teach kids about child abuse was first in its own way...no parents could have explained it better and no kids would have listened that well..but its Aamir saying...so its like he is saying it..the kids know it from Taare Zammen par...actor..

so though you are right that its hefty sum to be taking..but in the end I think all crucial issues that our country is plagued with that nobody wants to talk about ..are now talked about by one and all..
