What century is this ???

What century is this that Sati's father is going on committing crimes one after another and no one is protesting? It is so filmy. On one hand, Sati is a smart, svelte, and successful lawyer, who brings criminals to book. And on the other hand, she cannot fight back/connvince her own father who is the biggest MCP and hypocrite I've ever seen. What right does Sati have to challenge people like Usha's husband against crimes committed against women, when she cannot handle the situation at home. A home where women are treated with more disrespect than Mansukhlal in Thodi Khushi Thode Gham!

The dad is a tyrant!
The most horrible being ive seen on tv!
What kind of man would hate his own daughter just because she was raped?
And Sat should confront him once and for all! There should be one day when they have it out! Sati shoul just end all this rudeness she is tolerating. Maybe thats what she will do (I hope) when the mother gets her memory back...
Sati should be aggressive at home like she is at work! Her dad is not a dad! He is the devil himself!!! 😡

I agree and that is one reason that I can't identify with Sati.

sati being the way she is, the first thing she would have told her dad is that before he does not consider her daughter, she disowns him as a father as he was never there for her when she needed him the most.

I agree with you. I like this serial but find the dad so annoying that he's the worst dad on TV and one rather have a dushman as a parent than this man.

I many times wondered since every body in the family loves and understands Sati...........every body .....his other daughter, his son and wife should desert him and go and live with Sati to teach this horrid man a lesson. I agree with Minnie , that Sati should have told him that before you disown me " I disown you" for being the most horrid dad alive. May no girl ever have a man like you for a father. 🤢 And his family should boycott this jerk for ever !

Charity begins at home girl ... Did they never teach you that in school??? What example can you set in front of the other women, when you cannot deal with your Dad? Stop pretending to lead a hypocrite life. Stand up for once and respect yourself!

may be the producer wants to show that women like Sati are tied somewhere either at home or at work, may be s/he wants to show us that life is not what we think of it its the opposite

Also I was thinkng that being such a successful lawyer, does she not know the basic thing that marriage of Anu cannot be performed forcefully, as her sister Anu is a major.

If she cant give justice to her own family members, just because of her father. Then Sati should understand that her clients may be/are in the same circumstances, as she is.

So Sati should first stop the injustice at her home and then give justice to others.
