Part 18

Roli & Siddhant went to their rooms...

They kept their clothes inside the cupboard...

Roli took nice bath...

She took a night dress and wear it...

Now she need to go out wearing it...

Roli did wear Saree & Chudi in front of Sid..

Now while coming to US too... she was wearing Chudi only...

But in this night dress.. she never went in front of him...

She was wondering what can be done...

But its not possible to stay inside or be in chudi always..

When become room mate then it becomes necessary to get used to all these...

Roli tried to collect her courage to come out in that dress in front of him...

Roli slowly opened the door and came out with hesitation...

When ROli came out & looked at Sid.. she was astonished...

Sid was sitting in a sleeveless Tshirt & shorts...

Sid lift his face hearing the door sound & was equally astonished seeing Roli...

Roli slowly took her steps and sat in the sofa...

Beside Siddhant leaving some space..

Siddhant: Roli...

Roli: Hmm...

Siddhant: What can we have for dinner...

Roli: We will have bread which we purchased as we are yet to purchase provisions & cooking items...

Siddhant: Thats right... Tomorrow we will go for that purcahse...

Roli: Ok...

Siddhant; Shall i bring the bread now to have...

Roli: Can we have little later...

Siddhant: Sure.. i dont feel hungry anyway...

Roli was thinking... If we have food now.. we need to go back to our room... then i start missing you...

Siddhant was thinking... good you didn't want to have now... Already i was waiting for you this long to see you.. And i cant afford to miss you so soon...

Roli & Siddhant looked at each other...

Siddhant saw her hand kept in the middle of them...

He remembered holding her hand in the terrace...

He wanted to hold her hand...

Still he can see the mehendi which she put for their marriage...

Siddhant slowly forward his hand and hold her hand...

Roli was surprised by his sudden touch...

Siddhant took her hand & looked at the mehendi...

Which was also holding his name...

Roli understood he is remembering their moment in the terrace holding her hand...

Also she remember him telling the hands too...

Roli blushed...

Siddhant noticed it...

He was lost on her pinky cheeks...

But he tried to keep him control as she should not mistake him...

Already he is holding her hand without even seeking her permission...

That day it was different as their marriage was next day...

Now their marriage is stopped... He got no rights on her...

At that moment... His mind asked him...

Oh!!! you remember you got no rights now only... What happened when making her lean on your shoulder in the flight... while wrapping your hands around her... now pretending as if very nice gentleman...

Siddhant got no reply to convince his mind...

Roli was wondering where he is lost holding her hands...

Roli looked into his eyes...

That was the moment Siddhant came back to his senses and looked at Roli...

Roli & Siddhant had eyelock...

Siddhant slowly moved towards her face...

Roli was wondeirng what he is trying to do...

That day.. it was different.. he was about to become her husband in few hours...

But now... How can he do anything like this...

That is when her mind questioned her...

Oh!!! Now only you realised that.. not when sleeping on his shoulder and when wrapping your hand around his waist & sleeping...

Roli too got no reply...

By now.. Siddhant was almost near her face to her lips... Roli closed her eyes...

Siddhant phone rang...

Roli & Siddhant got disturbed...

Siddhant took the phone & saw phone is from his house...

That is when he remembered he didn't inform them about his safe arrival...

Siddhant: Hello...

Mataji: Siddhant.. did you reached safely.. we are worried here without any news from you...

Siddhant: I thought you will be sleeping & thats why didn't call..

Mataji: Where we can sleep peacefully without knowing your wellness... You reached safely right.. NO problem on the way...

Siddhant: No problem Mataji... We reached safely...

Mataji: We!!! Who else reached safely with you???

Siddhant: Mataji just my friend... who too got job and travelled with me...

Mataji: oh!! you went with your friend... we were not knowing...

Siddhant: Yes...i travelled with my friend...

Siddhant said looking at Roli...

Roli smiled...

Mataji: Hmm... we thought of sending you getting married with your wife... its because of that girl... we might have seen some other nice girl for you...

Siddhant: What she did in this mataji... Why are you telling like that...

Mataji: She means her family... Because of them only...

Siddhnat: Ok Mataji... Leave it... What happened is happened... just relax...

Mataji: Siddhant... take care... i know it is your night time & you travelled long way.. so take rest...

Siddhant: Bye mataji...

He disconnected the line & looked at Roli...

Roli: Mataji called???

Siddhnat: Yes...

Roli: She is angry with me???

Siddhant: No no...

Roli looked into his eyes... raising her eyebrows... which puzzled him whether he is telling truth...

Siddhant: Yes... She is upset on what has happened...

Roli showed upset face...

Roli: What i did in that..

Siddhant: Hey Roli... i too told that only right... Why are you getting upset now... We both are aware what has acually happened...

Roli nod her head as acceptance...

Siddhant: I cant see you upset... i wish you be happy always...

He said looked into her eyes...

Roli smiled...

She turned her face slightly as she was finding difficulty to meet his eyes...

Siddhant smiled...

He remembered missing the kisses once in the marriage hall & once now...

Siddhant was thinking... why some or other coming between us when we are getting close...

Siddhant slowly forward his hand again to hold her hand... which was in the middle...

Roli noticed that... Roli blushed...

Roli was wondering whether to allow him or go away...

Her mind was commanding her to go away while her heart was beating fast to accept & allow...

Siddhant slowly reached near her hand & hold her hand...

He took her hand & intertwin with his...

He took her hand towards his face and near her lips to place a kiss on her knuckle...

That is when phone rang again...

Not not Siddhant's instead it was Roli phone...

Siddhant showed irritation on getting disturbance again...

Roli chuckled seeing his expression...

Roli took her hand from his hold and attend the call..

It was from her father...

Jamanlal: Roli... where are you now.. did you reached...

Roli: yes pappa... i reached safely...

Jamanlal: Where are you staying we are worried about you...

Roli: Nothing to worry pappa... i am very much safe... Also i got house to stay too..

Jamanlal: Oh Good... Do call us if anything required...

Roli: Sure pappa...

Jamanlal: We might have not been worrying this much if you got married & go... Now you went alone.. thats why we are more worried...

Roli: I am not alone pappa...

Jamanlal: What???

Roli: I mean... when your support is there.. why i feel alone...

Jamanalal: Oh!!! We are always there for your support Roli... Bye.. Take care...

Roli disconnected the line...

Roli looked at Siddhant...

Siddhant express his happiness on hearing she is not alone...

Roli: Pappa called...

Siddhant: Hmm... he is worried you are alone...

Roli: yes... its obvious...

Siddhant: Thats right... When my parents are worried... its quiet obvious for your parents...

Roli: Hmmm...

Few minutes went in silence...

Roli can understand his restlessness to come near her...

By his gazing eyes & expressions...

Siddhant tried to hold her hand again...

Roli smiled...

Roli took her hand from his immediate reach...

Roli: Let me bring bread to eat...

Roli got up from there and rushed towards kitchen where they kept the bread pocket...

Siddhant smiled...
