Part 17

Siddhant was taken into operation theatre.

ROli was standing outside with full of tension.

Mataji & Sujatha tried to console her.

Mataji: ROli this is just minor operation. Dont take tension for this. He will be alright.

Roli: May be Mataji. THis may be minor which is accepted by my brain. But not acceptable by my heart.

Mataji: We do understand you Roli. But what to do this has happened unexpected.

ROli was thinking why SIdhdant went out in anger. When he was happy while chating what made him angry while returning.

Roli was unable to withstand the tensions and queries.

She went out to the temple which was inside the hospital compound.

Roli prayed to God holding her hands together and closing her eyes.

She just sat there and started praying for him.

After couple of hours Roli felt someone holding her shoulder.

'ROli operation is success and he is normal'

Roli opened her eyes and looked back and found Sujatha telling her the good news.

Roli smiled and prayed to god.

She rushed towards the room where Siddhant will be shifted.

Roli was waiting for him to get shifted to room.

Siddhant was shifted to Room in a while and was unconscious.

Mataji: ROli, now he is shifted to room too. Go home and have some food. I will stay here.

ROli: No Mataji. i cant go away from him.

Mataji: Ok. THen we go home and send you food. Atleast have that for sure

Roli:: Ok Mataji.

Rajender, Sujatha & Mataji left to home.

ROli was alone sitting in the room with SIddhant.

Roli saw with tears his right hand which was full of bandages being opeated.

Roli hold his left hand and sat beside him.

After a while Siddhant slowly opened his eyes and looked around.

Siddhant found ROli sitting beside him holding his hands with tear filled eyes.

Siddhant moved his hands towards Roli's face.

He wipe her tears & hold ROli's cheeks.

Roli lift her face to see him conscious.

ROli: How are you feeling now? Are you ok?

Siddhant: Its paining... But i am ok.

Roli: I feel bad that i am unable to take your pain.

Siddhant: Why you should take my pain?

Roli: You may not accept me as your wife being you didn't select me, but i accepted you as my husband and i cant see you in pain.

Siddhant looked at her and smiled.

Part 18

Siddhant was moved by Roli's words and was about to tell something.

Doctor entered into their room.

Doctor: How are you feeling now Mr. Siddhant?

Siddhant: Its paining. But its ok Doctor. Roli is more worried than me.

Doctor: Yes I know. I can see her restless since you are hurt.

Siddhant: You are right Doctor. I am trying to console her. But she is fully tensed.

Doctor: Mr. Siddhant, you should feel happy about it. This shows how much your wife love you.

Siddhant looked at ROli while Roli down her face.

Doctor: You just take rest. Dont shake your hands. We will keep you guiding further.

Siddhant: Thanks Doctor.

Doctor left the room.

Siddhant turned towards Roli to tell something.

Rajender & Sujatha entered into the room.

Sujatha: ROli, have food now.

Roli: I will have later Maaji.

Sujatha: What later Roli? YOu didn't had food since yesterday night.

Siddhant: What?

Sujahta: Yes Siddhant. She didn't had any food since yesterday night.

Siddhant: what all these ROli? why you didn't had food?

ROli: I was waiting for you yesterday night and later after knowing you met with accident we rushed to hospital. Thats why.

Siddhant: But Roli, its almost evening now. Just have food now.

ROli: But..

SIddhant: No ifs & buts. You need to have food now without any excuse.

ROli: Ok.

Sujatha kept the food in the plate and ROli started having it.

Siddhant was gazing at Roli.

Sujatha: Siddhant she neither had food nor had sleep since yesterday night. We told her to go home and take rest. But she is not hearing.

Siddhant started realising his mistake of ignoring her.

ROli finished having food.

Roli went near Siddhant and sat beside him.

She noticed the drips was about to finish.

ROli rushed to call the nurse.

SHe bring nurse with her and told her to change it

Sujatha: Roli you take some rest otherwise you will become weak.

Siddhant: Roli sleep for sometime.

ROli: Its ok. I am alright.

Siddhant: WHat ok? I am telling you to take rest. Go and sleep in that sofa for sometime.

Roli was unable to deny his words.

ROli lay down in the sofa.

Siddhant was gazing at Roli.

He smiled.

Sujatha noticed him and smiled.

Sujatha: SIddhant shall we take Roli home leaving your father here.

Siddhant: No Maaji, let her be here.

Sujatha: hmm..Dont worry, we wont take your wife from here..

Sujatha smile while Siddhant blushed.

Part 19

Siddhant was discharged from the hospital.

He was prescribed with medicines...

THe bandage was on his hands...

SIddhant went to his room and sat in his bed.

ROli entered into their room and locked the door.

ROli went near him and sat beside Siddhant.

ROli: I am very happy to see you back here in this room

Siddhant smiled.

SIddhant: Roli i think i am sitting in your place.

ROli: My place?

Siddhant:Yes. SInce our marriage, you used to sleep here only right.

ROli: But before that you only sleep here right. SO this is your place only. I will sleep in the sofa.

SIddhant smiled.

Siddhant: Why ROli? Wont you sleep with me?

ROli was surprised to hear these words.

Siddhant: I mean in the bed instead of sleeping in the sofa.

Roli blushed

Roli: We will see it later. Now do you wish to change your dress to fresh up.

Siddhant: Yes i wish to.. But who will do that..

ROli: wont you accept me as a nurse too...

Siddhant was just looking at Roli...

Roli bring another shirt and sat beside him...

She started removing the buttons of his shirt...

She slowly removed the shirt taking care that injured hand didn't get disturbed.

When she was putting the changing shirt on him, Siddhant was gazing at ROli..

He slowly wrapped his left hand around her waist and pulled her towards him

ROli was surprised by his sudden action.

Roli was tensed about his injured hand.

Roli: What are you doing? What if your hand get disturbed?

SHe hold his injured hand with care..

Siddhant: DOnt worry. Nothing will happen..

He pulled her more closer.

ROli was now very close to his face.

Siddhant's lips were moving close to her cheeks while Roli blushed..

She swiftly moved away and took his hands around her.

She put the shirt and started putting the buttons.

Roli: I will bring something to eat for you.

Roli just rushed out of the room..

Siddhant smiled.

Roli bring food for Siddhant.

She sat beside him and started feeding him.

Siddhant was having food gazing at Roli with a mischief smile and look.

Roli was unable to withstand his look.

Roli: Why are you seeing like this?

Siddhant: Why Roli? Cant i see you.

Roli blushed.

Roli: Not like that. But i cant bear your sharp look.

Roli down her face in shyness.

Siddhant hold her chin and lift her face.

Siddhant: Roli look at me..

Roli: No I can't. I cant meet your eyes.

Siddhant: Wont you for me.

Roli lift her eyes and looked into his eyes.

Roli & Siddhant had eyelock for a while.

Roli down her face as she cant tolerate anymore.

Roli slowly finished feeding him the food.

She gave the medicines.

Roli: Now you please take rest and sleep.

Siddhant; Roli, not getting sleep.

Roli: Not getting sleep! You have taken tables and you require rest.

Siddhant: You are right. But i am not getting sleep what to do? It will be good if someone make me sleep.

He said looking at Roli which Roli smiled.

Roli: Tell me what you want to do to make you sleep.

Siddhant: In my childhood i used to sleep on my mother's lap when i fall sick. Can i sleep on your lap?

He asked raising his eyebrows.

Roli sat in the bed folding her legs and showed her lap for him to lay down.

Siddhant with a smile lay down on her lap.

Roli caresses his hair.

Siddhant turned towards her.

Roli: Take care of your hand. Dont put pressure on that hand.

Siddhant: Roli, Dont take tension. i wont put pressure.

Roli: Still you cant be careless like this.

Siddhant: I am careless being my wife is careful.

Roli: What is the use of wife being careful when husband go out in anger and come back with big bandage.

Siddhant laughed.

Siddhant; Hi Roli, Are you still in that tension?

Roli: Why not? Tell me what made you anger that day.

Siddhant: leave it Roli.

Roli: No. I wish to know about it. Please tell me.

Siddhant was hesitating to tell that it was not anger and it was his ego to accept his defeat.

But Roli was not ready to leave it and she was asking him again & again.

Roli: You know how much i was worried that day. I was thinking whether you got angry as i went offline while you were chattig with me.

When Roli was continuing her talks about that day, Siddhant slowly moved towads her.

He kissed on her hip and wrapped his left hand around her waist.

Roli was sitting speechless and closed her eyes.

Siddhant got up and moved towards her face..

Siddhant: Roli you were telling something.

Roli opened her eyes and blushed.

Roli; Nothing...

Roli got down from the bed and rushed out of the room...
