Siddhant looked at her raising his eyebrows.
Roli: There is no need for any specific reason to explain someone something is good or bad.
Roli: No you are not right. Inside the family there is no need for such difference & no need for anyone to prove who has done what. The family runs with accumulated team work and not by any individual.

Roli went to Siddhant room.
Siddhant was busy reading some files of his office work.
Roli went near him.
Roli: Hmmm
She adjusted her throat to reveal her presence.
Siddhant lift his face & looked at her.
Roli: I want to talk to you.
Siddhant was surprised.
Siddhant: Ms. Roli, i dont know why you are behind me always like this.
Roli: I am behind you just to clarify you what is right & what is wrong?
Siddhant looked at her raising his eyebrows.
He got up from sofa and went near her.
Siddhant: I wonder why you are very much interested in explaining me what is right & what is wrong!!
Roli was thinking what to tell him. How to tell that their elders are planning to join their hands...
Siddhant: What happened? Where is your lecture? Why are you silent now?

Roli: I dont know the reason behind your bitterness or wrong ideas about relationships. But it is not correct. We require relations always. Without their support we cant become successful. Since childhood we are depending on our parents & sibblings which them we might have not grown like this.
Siddhant: What are you trying to say? I might have not grown to the age i am not & i might have been just newly born baby if they are not there.

Roli: I am not telling that we grow physically in anyway. But only love & affection between relations will give us moral support, inner strength.
Siddhant: Oh God! Ok now tell me why all these lectures now
Roli: You need to realise the value of the relations and should change yourselves. What is the need of seeing such differences between our own siblings. WHy you feel if you take care of your company then in future you may not able to prove your part in the company to your own siblings.

ROli: Let me tell you in easy way. You had breakfast today. At home mataji, maaji, bhabhi, didi all are here. They put thier hands together to prepare it. While eating you cant think who has made rice, who has made side dish, who cut vegetable, who grind gravy etc... Finally the outcome is tasty and serving delicious food to the family matters. Likewise no matters which work is done by whom in the family, the success of the teamwork matters.
Siddhant: So you wish i accept what pappa said & work in our family business.
Roli: Yes i do wish & i dont think any mistake in that. yes i wish you reconsider your thoughts and accept what pappa said and join your hands with them to run your family busines successfully. I can only wish, but practically it is you who need to imply.
