At Night, in hostel
Roli was lying on the bed and thinking about the morning incident. It is continuously revolving in her mind..
Roli ( talking to herself) :Oho.. Roli... Stop thinking about it.. It is you who decided to stay away from Siddhantji.. Then why this confusion? Go to sleep.. Saying so she closes her eyes and tries to sleep
At the same time, Siddhant also thinking about Roli.. He closed his eyes and saw Roli's face...
Siddhant: Roli I can wait for you.. But please dont make me to wait for long.. Without you my life looks like hell.. Please come to me soon.. Say Roli. Say you will come to me soon
Roli felt someone calling her. She suddenly opens her eyes and sees her friend Swetha who was sleeping nicely.. She gets up and looks here and there. No one is there
Roli: Y am feeling strange? What happened ? Why i am feeling like someone asking me something?
Swetha wakes up and sees Roli talking to herself..
Swetha: Roli R u Ok? Y u r talking to yourself?
Roli: Hmm.. Nothing. I ll pray to god before going to bed. U mistook it as am talking wit myself. Now am feeling sleepy. Gud n8.
Swetha: K. Gud n8..
Roli was continuously thinking why am feeling like this? and she doesn't know when she slept..
Siddhant too slept by thinking about Roli
Days were passing very fast. Roli and Siddhant never talked with each other. Siddhant behaved like a perfect gentleman and he never tried to talk with her. Whenever they came face to face, He will just leave the place with a friendly smile. This good character of Siddhant has an effect on Roli too. Roli started to think about Siddhant. She was thinking to have friendship with Siddhant but hesitating a bit as she refused when he wanted to have friendship with her.
After 6 months, one fine day, in English department HOD's cabin,
Siddhant: Good Morning Sir.
HOD: Good Morning Siddhant. Actually y i called u is to talk about the international workshop that we are conducting every year. Last year u have done excellent arrangements with the help of ur seniors.. So this year also i wanted you to do the arrangements..
Siddhant: My Pleasure Sir.. Sure i will fulfill ur expectations
HOD: Thanks Siddhant. We are not involving final year students as it is their high time to study well.. So i have called a student from first year to coordinate with you.. She didn't told her decision yet. I hope that student will agree to do this work and will do the best being an outstanding student of that class
At that time,
Roli: May i come in Sir..
HOD: Yes Come in.
Roli enters the cabin and surprised to see Sid there.. Even Sid also surprised to see Roli..
Roli: Good Morning Sir..
HOD: Good Morning Roli. What is your decision Roli? Can u help Siddhant in the arrangements of Workshop.
HOD's cabin phone rings..
HOD: Hello..Yes Sir, Am coming now.. He puts down the receiver.. Siddhant and Roli u just wait here for few minutes. I have got some important work with Principal.. I will be back in 10 minutes.. Hope u will take a good decision Roli.. Saying so he leaves from there
Both were silent and looking down. Siddhant broke the silence.
Siddhant: Am so sorry Roli. I never thought it will be you.
Roli: I too never thought it.
Siddhant: I know u will not agree to coordinate with me.
Roli: Yes u r Right
Siddhant looked at Roli.
Roli makes an angry face and says Yes i will not coordinate with you, unless u agree for my condition
Siddhant makes a puzzling face
Roli: Simple. She smiles and says, If u agree to be my friend then i will help you.
Siddhant cant able to believe what he heard..
Siddhant: What?
Roli: Yes.. (Roli forwarded her hand and asked ) Will u be my friend?
Siddhant got so happy.. He shaked his hands with her and replied yes, I will be your friend.
Same time HOD entered his cabin..
HOD: What Roli? What have u thought?
Roli: I will help him Sir.
HOD: Thanks Roli. U two pick two volunteers from each class and go ahead with the arrangements from tomorrow.. Now u can go to your classes.
Rosid: Thank u sir..
In the corridor,
Siddhant: I cant able to believe that you are my friend.
Roli: Really? If u dont have belief in my words then i will cancel our friendship right now..
Siddhant: Roli.. No No.. Not like that..
Roli: (laughed aloud) Haha Siddhantji.. Dont worry. I was just kidding. How is my little shock? Saying so she winked her eyes..
Siddhant: What kidding? Really i hate this Roli.. I dont want to talk with u anymore.
Roli happiness suddenly vanished
Siddhant: Yes. I dont want to continue this friendship without your phone number... He smiled
Roli makes faces : Siddhantji
Siddhant: haha.. How is my shock?.
Rosid were smiling and exchanged their phone numbers
Roli: Actually am sorry Siddhantji.. When u asked for my friendship, i refused.. Sorry i insulted u..
Siddhant: Oho.. Roli.. Forget the past.. Now we are friends. Cheer up.. I like Naughty Roli with pretty smile.. So please (siddhant signed her to smile)
Roli smiled.. K Siddhantji. Bye am leaving to the class now..
Siddhant bids bye.. Roli left and siddhant was seeing her continuously.. Roli u are so different...
Next day they were assembled in the auditorium with the volunteers they selected. On Sid's side it is naina and Rahul and on Roli's side it was Swetha and her classmate Suraj. They were doing their according to Siddhant's instruction... When Roli was working suddenly a pile of electric wires fell on her and she got stuck in that wire. Everyone was so scared.. Siddhant was shocked to see that. Even a small scratch and mishandling of that wires will definitely hurt Roli and causes a major electric accident.. Tears were flowing down her eyes and she is so much scared and shivering...
Siddhant: Roli.. Just calm down.. Dont move.. Otherwise u will get a electric shock.. So dont move.. Rahul u immediately go and Switch off the main
Rahul runs from there and does so.. Now everyone has relaxed a bit. Siddhant slowly moves towards Roli and carefully removes the wires from her one by one. He freed her by taking all the wires. When he took off all the wires and set her free, Roli hugged him tight and started to cry aloud. Siddhant gets shocked and realises that she is very much scared and that's y hugged him. Naina becomes red seeing Roli hugging Siddhant but she controls herself. Siddhant consoles Roli.
Siddhant: Roli... Relax. Now u r safe.. Dont worry. Relax..
Roli realised that she was hugging Siddhant. She immediately broke the hug.
Siddhant: Roli have some water..here take it. U relax for sometime and then join the work.
She takes the water and drinks it.
Siddhant: Swetha.. U take care of her.. Come on guys We have lot of works to do.. Lets get back to the work.. All were resumed to their works.. Siddhant was about to go but stopped and looked at Roli. He signed her that is She ok? She nodded her head like yes.. He smiled and resumed to his work. After some time Roli too joined them. Occasionally Siddhant sees her secretly. But he dont know that Roli does the same!!!!!!
