more confussions...in promo simar eats laddu ...simar faint... in sbs simar is pregnent...now kushi mix poison in drinks...😕 😕 😕

am not able to see the sbs segment so pls can u tell me how is it mentioned that simar is pregnant in the sbs segment. If you can give me a brief update about it.
