I think disha doesn't have much problem ilesh working as suhana agent.. But the way family tease him, particuarly for everything they say suhana ask your agent.. like today on breakfast table also, for telling stories to meeti also, they bough illesh agent thing, which disturbed disha..

I think the precap means remember Ilesh had got a valentines day gift for disha I think its the same kind of earring is what suhana is wearing in that scene..May be disha is going to think that ilesh lifted those earrings from the shoot..Thats why she is shocked!!! This is my POV..Lets wait and watch
