But that's not it. Despite her elimination which will happen this weekend, the actress is happy and thinks she is a winner. We spoke to Ragini about how she sees it and what are her plans for future…
Talking about the experience, she says, "Since the last three-four years, I have been so busy that I almost neglected this gift (of singing) that I had in me. Thanks to Star Ya Rockstar for reminding me about it. I am glad I did the show. I expected to win the show. I may have got eliminated but I haven't lost it. I am a winner in my opinion and I have won what I wanted. Hopefully, I shall nurture this gift in future."
Does that mean she will sing a film? "Why not? I have acted in one film. And I shall do another film where I sing for myself. I think it would really fun," quips Ragini.
She also gelled well with Akshay Kumar on the sets who was there to promote his film Desi Boyz. "Akshay Kumar and John Abraham are very sweet. I admire both. I have met Akshay before too many times. Not just a healthy body, but Akshay has a healthy mind. He's someone I look upto," she tells.
Explaining the rumours about her catfight with Chavi, she says, "I've been very cordial with her. Even though nobody did to me, I'd always hug her before every performance to make her feel comfortable. I don't even have her number. She isn't another actress doing a show on the same time as my show Sasuraal Genda Phool is aired, so why would I compete with her? I want to compete with someone like Kareena Kapoor."
