As for me, I'm a veeerrryyy light sleeper. I'm up instantly the moment I hear something...plus I sleep not too long, can be up and about at 4:30 AM. Days when I need to sleep in like after pulling an all-nighter, then I get annoyed because by then everyone wakes up and I can't go back to sleep hearing footsteps, no matter how light they are. So I just sleep early the next night. Other than that, rest of my family is also not too much into sleeping but they definitely sleep more than me. 😆 My dad can also sleep few hours everyday.
