It's okay. I'm going through bereavement so I was absent for a while. Lots of my SGPians contacted me through PM's/facebook/twitter to see how I was. Of course I am touched and truly grateful for all the concern and sweet messages. Yes I'm getting better, thankyou..it's not easy but I am trying. So I am here to thank you all for being there.🤗

I watched the episodes and I must say the actor who plays Ilesh is very poor at his skill. Sorry to say that unfortunately I'm finding it hard to tolerate his scenes because of his inablity to convey the emotions. Never mind.

Oh sorry dear, it's me talking in New York slang. 😆 A little hard to explain but basically what I said was that "it's all good in the name of the neighborhood, sister"...which kinda has gang implications and is basically me referring to us as a group/gang...like best friends...and what I'm saying is that as long you're fine, then it's fine for me and the others here too. We're all a group and we have your back covered. 😃

That was slang? No wonder I didn't understand it fully! You will laugh when you hear this that I do not speak slang and my knowledge of it is rather poor. If anyone converses in slang I ask to explain what they mean. Some times I get it but most of the times I remain clueless😕...basically I stay away from such conversations.

I speak little slang and my knowledge of it also decreasing day by day as I get older (just cause I don't hang around younger generations) but growing up, there was some slang floating around that I caught onto and sometimes I'll use it. 😆 So don't worry about it...I won't use it often either.

Oh please you're barely 20, you can still mingle with the dear youngsters. 😉

When/if you do use "slang" again and I insist please do use it and tell me what it means, so I can learn! Not to speak it but to enrich my knowledge.
