Nope. If there was any influence from her then we would have seen Shivram actually fall in love with Suhana and there would have been another song sequence between them. Ishaan would have gotten married to someone else and the Kashyaps would have thrown him out. He would suddenly go 100% evil and Suhana would have started falling for Shivram, her knight in rusty armour. Ishaan would have become a powerful businessman (being manipulated by Ishwar's hitherto unknown third wife's fourth husband's second mistress), take over the Kashyap house and throw everyone out. Finally BM or Rano would have shot Ishaan (in excruciating slow motion) and he would either die or go into coma. Meanwhile Suhana would be pregnant with his child even though she was someone else's wife at that time.
Then the show would take a short leap. After the leap either Ishaan would disappear or Shivram would die. If Ishaan goes back to Suhana and gets married to her for the fifth time (her seventh overall marriage), then his second wife would become a vamp and the nightmare would begin all over again. But not before 5 item numbers and 10 crossovers with other shows.
Then there would be a 20 year leap with Ishaan's children from the second wife going against his children from Suhana. Strangely, all the children would be the same age despite being born years apart. Suddenly Shivram would return with a new face. Then Star Plus cancels the show. The End.
