This dress is definitely for the performance along with the make up , if it was only for recieving or attending the award, I know Ragini would be either wearing a western or sari with minimal make natural looking make up we have seen her before so this is surely not from her wardrobe, I like it as Ragini was carrying it nicely if somebody else was wearing it then definetly no no dress, make was loud but her smile does not give you chance to see anything else, I like her in full dresses then half ones!!!
