We all know and have seen that the Kashyaps are a big joint family. They are loving, caring, considerate and very supportive of one another. They are a middle class family which means life can be very difficult sometimes as money is not their strength. Of course in times of crises they do what ever is possible to solve the problems, be it, Rano selling her gold bangles for Suhana's surgery or Radha Bua pawning her gold bangles for Rano's mother's operation and of course the best one Ishaan selling his khatara scooter and buying a car to please Suhana. Wah kiya baat hain!! 👏👏What great gestures. They do indeed show how you can be so selfless and be very considerate about others. Their selfless love, care and attention is certainly what has kept them together in total unity. 👏
One of the families who have tied their bond with the Kashyap's are the Sharma's. Its a very nuclear family. There is Mr Sharma, Mrs Sharma (Kamini), their son Raunak Sharma. Raunak married the Kashayp's daughter, Panna. They are probably in the higher middle-class or lower high-class but they (mother and son) like to think and behave as though they own whole building they live in rather than just that one apartment. Rather big - headed. Their aan, baan, shaan used to come from the their son's great earnings (not anymore). However even after Raunak lost his job, both him and his mother's attitude remained the same for a very long time, they were not willing to accept and make adjustments as their income was much lower than before, and this was all because they are very materialistic people. Through the days, weeks and months Mrs Sharma has been hit by reality and she is much more understanding of their situation. However, even though Mrs Sharma has realised the goodness of the Kashyap's, she is still yet to set her foot in Chawdi bazaar.
We have seen previously how the Kashyap's always complained about the snootiness and the haughty attitude of Mrs Sharma and sometimes Raunak too. What I have wondered is that while they have shown their anger/frustration towards the Mrs Sharma, why haven't they ever spoken highly about another family they are tied to and they are of course the wonderful BAJPAYE's
Its a tiny family, a father (Mr Kamal Kishore Bajpaye) and his 2 daughters, Suhana and Sanjana. They are a crorepati family who own a palatial house in the city and they have farmhouse nearby. They are very approachable and very down to earth. Though they have every thing money can buy, you never hear them boasting about it. They are so kind and so friendly. We have seen how Suhana and Sanjana both help their maid "Dolly didi" whenever she's needed money. I am surprised how the Kashyap's never said what a great man KK as he is! I mean it is him who brought Ishaan home after his car knocked Ishaan off his scooter.👏 Some rich people wouldn't have bothered. He gave them his daughter without once thinking about how will she live there because she is so used to all the luxuries. I suppose he knew that, in reality their love and affection will mean more to Suhana than living in lap of luxury without love and affection. Suhana has had so much but she never looked down on anyone and she doesn't ever compare her father's status to her in-laws as she knows that would be unrealistic. She has high standards as that is what she's used to but she's certainly not big-headed!
I personally would like to hear the Kashyaps saying something nice about the Bajpaye's and even Suhana. I would like for them to acknowledge that despite being crorepati's they were never rude to them like Mrs Sharma used to be.
Well that was just my point of view. I don't mean to offend anyone with this. Let me know if I am the only who thought of this or have you also wondered the same?
