omg aap sbh kitne ache ho, you are doing some productive work...lekin main yahan pr soo bhi nahin sk rahi... 😆

i have given up on sleeping now. koi sleeping pill bhi ghr pr nahin hai.

@shounak. abh sunday aa gia or 3 ghnte guzr bhi gae .. 😆

1. Listen to some lullabies

2. Take some sleeping pills

3. This is what I do: lie on the bed, close your eyes and count slowly till 10, then suddenly open your eyes, think about your favorite thing, and then count very softly and slowly, till you start feeling sleepy. Draw the curtains and switch off the lights before you start. This prevents bad dreams too.
