Sheemu just think on these lines......Sanju and Deepak don't know yet that Suhaana has tumor and they are happy....So it makes sense that when Ishaan and party are very tensed, the same time in college Sanju was having fun with her friends......

Yaa even i agree that publicity of just dance was not required....they could have just shown Sanjdeep scene in college....
