Question about cancer track in OBS

Hi,

I was wondering what happened in the storyline OBS when the main character gets cancer? Is it true the main character in that serial couldn't have children? That would be awful if Suhanna had to go through the same thing. I tried looking up summaries online but couldn't find anything😕.
