ok...u have to first upload it....mmm....go to sites like photobucket or imageshack...and upload ur banner there...and then copy the link...

then come here and type it like

thats it....

and lakshmi...if u have any other doubts post it in the help desk in front page...actually we are not supposed to discuss like this..hope u understand...
