Oh God!!! I hate how these makers develop an EGO the size of a God damn mountain just because they're show is doing reasonably well and are unable to take on criticism. And oh, i love the line >"We are NOT working here for TRPs"< Like....BULLSHIT! It has always been CLEAR that all shows on Indian television are running after TRPs desperately because if you lose in this race then you are unlikely to survive. And if Mr.Habib didn't care so much for it then why do I remember him"celebrating" SGP getting a TRP of 4+ or being in top 10 or whatever...🤔

well that guy shld be aware that he is a producer of a show, he is in this feild , so criticism is must abt the story none was bashing him only story actually not even story only characters

And coming to the fact that SGP is being compared to OBS. I personally haven't seen this track in OBS but the general reactions from people who have seen it in OBS was a very positive one. They seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed it and IS story seemed to have worked well on it. Some people don't even watch OBS yet even they are unhappy about the way it is shaping up in SGP. OUR problem is that we are NOT liking the way it is being projected in SGP. The scenes are silly, the writing is terrible, the dialogues are stupid, the acting is not upto the mark....and if all this is said to the makers then toh...'ohhh...boo-hoo...their ego is soooo hurttttt' *rolls eyes*.

Like honestly, if these people like to bask in the glory of their show doing well then they should also learn to hear what is not so good about it. Just becuase we applaud them when they do a good job doesn't mean we are going to keep applauding them for all sorts of nonsense. And if THIS is the kind of attitude these people have right now then I don't see the future of SGP as a very bright one.

Sanu yaar, even I haven't seen this track in OBS....only read about it from other ppl but I have seen the scooter scene of Lolita-Ishaan in OBS as well as the jail scenes and the herbal tea scene....and that was enough for me to understand how TOTALLY off-track SGP went with showing the development of the Ishaan-Suhana track and Suhana's evolution as a character.....this Sona retardedness and Ishaan's champugiri toh is just the icing on the cake😵

And even though he says that they same people are making SGP, I think they have lost their sincerity. I don't think OBS was ever made to run in the rat race of mindless TRPs but SGP is in that zone and with additional manipulation from the channel on what to show and what not, the makers have lost the genuine intentions with which they made this show originally. And this is terribly obvious from the mighty fall in quality of the show. :(

Its sad and I truly feel sorry for this sudden change in mentality of the makers.

WORDDDDDDDDDD👏👏👏👏 These ppl have lost their sincerity towards SGP in my opinion as well.....OBS was free of all this b.s.....but SGP is being manipulated and now becoming a puppet subject to the whims that come with its popularity.....but honestly it still boggles my mind as to WHY they can't just stick to the OBS plot on this?? Where does this funda come from that that Hindi speaking audience would rather see LOUDDDDDDDDDD over the top bullshit? Haan?? Are we like brainless monkeys who don't GET something unless it is show to us in an OTT louddddd fashion? Hadh hai yaar! How can these be the same ppl that gave us such beautiful poignant moments in this show at one point! My heart says they're not! Not at all anymore....Now toh they are god only knows on what trip wherein they have firstly RUINED Ishaan's character permanently IMO and then showing us this Sona bakwaasiyat on top of that.....I might still have been able to watch the show for the rest of my fav. characters like BM, Suhana etc. but since this current track is oh so "crucial" and centerstage right now🥱, even the other characters can't make me watch this show anymore!

Yaar, yeh sab HYPOCRITES hai ek number ke. And yes, like we are totally going to fall for that lame reason of we are here to tell a story nonsense *yawn*. All these top channels including the mighty Star Plus are TRP crazy; its so clear from every article that comes out stating a new entry in the show or some new twist, every article ends with "the channel is expecting this track to boost the dwindling TRPs" ....Everything in the shows are goverened by their TRPs. No ifs no buts about it.

I clearly remember watching the OBS scooter scene of Ishaan-Lolita as well and it was milessss away from the OTTness of SGP. Sach mein yaar, there is no sincerity & honesty left in the writing of this show. Its gone from real, sweet & subtle to retarded, silly & exaggerated. Such a pity!

I feel so upset about SGP yaar*sigh*....I toh otherwise try not to say much in the forum anymore also but aaj I guess I'm in the mood to vent....this reply by the mahaan writer of this show pissed me off more than ever and I guess I'm ranting out all that I've felt since some days now....this really sucks....I've REALLY loved this show....it's touched my heart in so many ways....it's made me cry so many times, laugh so many times, given me that feeling of family....I've felt so CONNECTED to the characters and now with this RETARDED turn that the show has taken, everything feels lost.....I HATE the writers for doing this to the show😡

^ yah anu, SGP was one of the best show , i knew it will turn like this one day but within months never knew ....this is the thing really upsetting me

Wow! Even if I had an inch of optimism left for this show to work, this just tells me that this show is pretty much doomed now. 👎🏼
