Why is Deepak taking the heat ? - Page 2

Deepak does not question his mom as he thinks that he is not lovable enough.. otherwise why wd him mom even refuse to look at him. He is not aware that his mom is unable to love him for her own internal demons. He does not know that. He tries very hard to be good in everything to male himself better for his mom whether its studies, sports, staying away from the family, being quite.. whatever it takes to make his mom love him.. but sadly its never enough L

Moreover, he is almost a child.. just out of school. He is not mature enough to understand that there is nothing wrong with him. May be in few years when he has experienced college.. work environment.. has a wife/GF who loves him he will be able to question his mother.. but not today.

On the other hand, I am disgusted by RB. I can try to understand that she can not look at Deepak as he resembles his dad a lot.. but what about years ago.. Did the tiny baby in her lap looked like a rapist to her? The wobbling toddler trying to walk looked like a rapist to her too? Moreover, if she cant look at him fine.. keep your distance. Why she tries to make him lonely. Why she yells at him all the time and does not let him talk to others.. At the least he could be loved by others. But no she has to make share that he is not loved by anyone.. No one celebrates his b'day.. no one talks to him.. eat with him.. God forbid even say Hi to him…

Look at Badi Maa, She had also suffered a tragedy. I agree not the same extent as RB.. but still not a small thing. She tried to give her kids as normal a life as possible. She said I did not want my kids to grow up with hatred in their hearts… Radha makes sure her kid does not get any love..

When dadi did puja for 'Iswar' on his B'day.. Radha was ok to help her. Badi Maa simply said, don't hide it from me. I may not want to be part of such things but that does not mean you should also not do so.. And this when it was the person who committed the crime.. not a helpless child who simply looks like the criminal…

I am totally disgusted by RB.. I wished Badi Maa would have shared some of her philosophy with radha instead of always pampering and humouring her….

I understand that radha bua has gone through a lot; her repulsion towards her own son is not surprising. She is stuck with the demons of her past is also understandable but what is an absolute misfit is the way the elders are reacting to the situation. It's clear, they were the ones who stopped Radha from aborting the child, but if they were to just treat the child as if he is nothing but a plague then why did they let the child grow into a man he is today? What is the point if the child although having a mother is living an orphan isolated life?

He has every right to question his mother about why he doesn't have a normal childhood. He has every right to know that why his mere presence brings pain for his mother. If Radha is not strong enough then I think Badi ma or at least dada ji should take it upon them and fix this. Why should Deepak be exposed to the wrath? He has done nothing wrong!

Mhmm.. I've heard that a mother will do anything for her child's happiness but this time around, the mother will do anything to be happy herself and keep her child from happiness. A mother in all circumstances gets hurt but doesn't let her child feel a pinch but this time around it's quite the opposite

I was watching the show yesterday with my mom, and she was asking why doesn't Deepak question his mom? its not very realistic, how ever timid you are, your going to ask why your mom doesn't even look at you. I understand Radha bua's pain but at least the guy deserves to know the truth.
