What should Suhana do? I really dont know what this girl is thinking and how long she can go on like this without coming to terms with her reality. She has to either accept Ishaan as he is or leave him. A third option could be to tell Ishan and ask Ishan what changes each needs to make to make a better life together.
I think Suhana is not depicted as a "thinking" person. She acts impulsively and thinks later. Well, she will need to decide soon, otherwise, she risks hurthing a whole bunch of people in Kashyap family.

Smriti.... give some time to this child.... she is truly a child even now.... she does not know the importance of marraige... the importance of a family..... all she knows is life is easy if there is comfort and luxury....!.
Some things in life will be understood only if experienced... no matter what others try to drill it in u....same here in Suhana... no matter how much her father drills it in her mindframe about Ishaan being a good guy or the family being ideal and wonderful for her...it will not register till it dawns on her thru experiences..... lots of lessons need to be learnt by suhana thru experiences... till then just sit back and enjoy the show.....!👍🏼
