Also,we want maximum participation in the NL...and this can happen only when me and Harika leave some categories for others as well😆...putting a cap would be an awesome idea (althouh it would get diff for me to make choice)and we can always be a part of the back-up team,wotsay??

You both can be back up teams for every section😆

We'll put together a core team with pre-decided categories & work load. Then we can always get around & help others if we like their area. But if the work is defined, we know who is responsible..over & above that we can always get other members to help out na

Hi friends,

After a lot of discussions I and Shikha felt that the time has come for us to begin concrete work on the SGP Newsletter. We thought we'll first have a pilot run...to gauge the interest & comments of the forum members.

So our test NL is gonna be for the week of May 24 - 28😃 We thought we'll funtion like a proper Press Corp...have different departments & plus overall in-charges😊

So here we go...

1. Content Team
a) Summary - Manasi
b) Character - Shwetha
c) Scene - Shwetha
d) Dialouge - Harika
e) OMG Moment - Leo

2. Forum/Member Team
a) Active Thread - harika
b) Active Member - Harika
c) best Analyser - Shwetha
d) SGP-ian of teh week - Shikha
e) b'Day corner - Harika

3. Creative/Contests Team
a) Siggy maker - leo
b) Avi maker - leo
c) VM Maker - leo
d) GOTW - Shounak

The 3 teams will work together amognst themselves & then send in there final stuff to me (Manasi_16) & Shikha (starry.phoenix). both of us will integrate the 3 team submissions into a whole

Shika is responsible for the design & layout of the NL. So if anyone wants to help her out, please contact her. And all the NL team members, please PM me your confirmation along with your email id. We may converse on mail also.
