few more days.. let me wind up with the banner contest, thn we can start the NL 😃

Just a few suggestions...

We seem to have more than 1 volunteer for almost each category. So instead of choosing 1 person, 2-3 ppl can work together on the same category. What say? That will increase the quality of the NL also, plus our bonding with each other also😉

But Harika & Leo have opted for all categories possible😆 I appreciate ur enthusiasm guys, but I think we should put a cap on the no. of categories a person is volunteering...we want participation from max members...maybe we cand ecide that 1 member can volunter for a max 5 areas. What do others think?

Siggy/Avi & VM I felt we can combine into 1 category...at least Sig & Avi

And before we start the NL, we need to finalize teh design & layout...Maybe I, Shikha & a few of our other creatives can get working on that???

Yesh Mam...!! n wt i ws thinkin is, may bw e cn divide the wrk... cos if v keep it tht way may b the members wil bt b able to co-ordinate thr timings n all tht... ya we cn discuss ths whthr they agree.....

n i guess its high tym v shud finalise the categories naa ? so do lemme know when u r free ?
